I came in as a walkin and was registered smoothly. The entire visit took probably 20 mins as there were a few people in front of me. Overall it was an easy experience.

Had some blood work done here recently, I had notified staff that this was my fist time and that I had a intense fear of needles. They took my words into consideration and walked me through the procedure while trying to distract me from said needles. Blood draw went well with no issues and I was in and out in probably 10 minutesDidn't have to schedule an appointment just walked in got my stuff done and left ?

Don’t bother trying to call ahead to confirm orders or what they’ll need from you. Both times I’ve been there they’ve had a computer issue of some sort. Today I went in for what my doctor told me was a quick and simple routine draw while pregnant. 6 tubes later plus they wanted a urine sample which I wasn’t aware of so I’d gone pee right before I came in. I told the tech this before I left that there wasn’t much of a sample. She waved me off and said it’ll be fine. Over an hour later after I’m already home (45 min away) they call and want me to come back to give another urine sample. I said no, you can figure it out with what you have or call my doctor for new orders. Very poorly run place. The only thing they have above the other location is that they can hit a vein.

So I read the reviews, yes I was concerned. Went to Creekside without an appointment, was called back within 10 minutes - it went great. The blood draw couldn't have gone any better. I was very happy with the service. Thank you -

I paid for my own labs before I went in, and made an appointment, they got me in before my actual time, from the receptionist to the techs, I had no problem with them at all, if I have to get bloodwork done I will be going back to them.

I was a little apprehensive after reading the other reviews, but I had a positive experience. Without an appointment and 2 people ahead of me, I had to wait about 25 minutes. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Creekside Loop:The only reason this place is even getting one star is because the receptionist was nice and the reclining chair they provide for pregnant women was nice. The lab techs called me the hard patient and talked down to me the whole time. Saying in front of me “ Sorry for giving you the hard patient” and blaming me for having difficult to find veins. Wouldn’t listen to me and had to keep repeating myself when I told them my reasoning for not coming in the day my lab paper said and tried scorning me like a child. Please don’t go here especially if you’re hormonal and pregnant. I’m not confrontational- except for when I went here. These ladies had the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced in a healthcare setting. Very unprofessional and lacking of empathy and patience. Talking behind patients backs after they’ve left for the day. Please just go to a different place to get labs done.

Unprofessional, dirty, sparsely staffed, rude staff with no ability to prioritize. As a nurse I couldn’t believe how bad. Go somewhere else. I waited an hour for a UA when I said “maybe u guys should let people who have to pee go before blood draws?”They got an attitude “It takes a while to set up”When I told them that was not true and that as a nurse I would prioritize. next day went elsewhere was in and out in 5.Common sense. When u go to a place to pee you probably have to pee. DUH!

The web site hours are incorrect, left early to go in before work and they were closed.

I agree this clinic is under staffed, but the staff there are excellent. Wish they had more support.

I’m so glad I went to Labcorp. The other lab was so busy that I could never get in. I had my reservations about Labcorp because of these bad reviews, but this place was great. The e-check in was very easy and efficient. There was a screen on the wall that listed the people that had checked in and the order. They also accepted drop ins. I waited maybe 15 minutes. The clinician was very efficient and friendly. The previous place only had one hour on Saturday for drop in, I arrived 10 minutes after it opened and they said they were booked. Loved Labcorp! I’ll be back.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I went in the afternoon and they only have one person running the place. The wait was about 25 minutes as a walk in, which was no big deal for us, but the lady there was so grumpy and stressed. Horrible atmosphere, was angry and muttering, and she audibly groaned when I gave her the lab order.

I utilized this lab, Memorial hospital’s outpatient laboratory, probably 8-10 times between April and July this year and had great service. Most of the time I had no appointment and the most I had to wait was about 15 minutes. I was a hard draw and they were very understanding and did the best they could. Everyone was polite, helpful and professional.

Go to the location on Spruce instead of Creekside as it is much better staffed. I experienced very long wait of 60 mins+ even with appt during September visit, then 90 mins+ just to drop off sample (no appt). Only one person running the whole place. Not fair to her or us.

Only one employee to work the whole office. Nobody to answer the phone and nobody at the front desk. The employee told me that there is always only one employee that works there. Several people including me waiting for over an hour to have blood drawn. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else to have it done. Many others left too. One gentleman said that this is how it always is here. Never going back again.
