The jiffy team off 1st truly amazed me! My AWD SUV required a number of services/maintenance. From check in, to check out, the jiffy family were attentive, friendly and respectful. They didn't work against me, they worked with me. I was quoted a reasonable price for : brakes (both), oil change, air filters and fuel filters, windshield wipers and few services. Overall I would recommend them, they communicated my automotive problems and options for repairs. They actively Interacted with customers and answered questions in a good-natured and courteous manner. The Mechanical team collaberated well and ensured accountabilty for my parts. Soft skills and hard skills both applied! Thank you jiffy lube.

I brought my truck into the shop after I called and asked if they would be able to fix my ac. The gentleman on the phone told me to bring it in, and they can look at it. Great. I get there around 3:30 and pull right into bay 4. Things are going alright. Then nothing. The time is currently 4:41, and they haven't touched my truck yet. 4 employees and no other vehicles here. And I'm still sitting waiting. I would much rather they admit they don't know how to do it so I can find someone who can. Over an hour for this nonsense. Will never be back.

Oil service so good that I learned the guys names. Nick spent ten solid minutes cleaning our windows, even breaking out a razor blade to clear some tree sap. Matthew felt like an old friend. Nick was the epitome of the friendly professional. Feeling really weird because I've been emotionally moved by getting my oil changed. Give these guys a raise, or at least a bonus. I'll be coming back whenever I can.
