This is an awesome place!! Helped me get my dead battery out of my overly complicated Equinox and the new one in really fast. Very professional and patient people. Even the tow people had good things to say about them as we pulled in. Thank you for helping me get my car back to life right in time to get back to work the next day!!

I am not leaving ⭐ because of Interstate Batteries. The batteries are great. The service guy who helped me or rather didn't even help me or give me what I asked for 3 different times. He was rude, overcharged me from the price shown online by $5 per battery ( I purchased 2 batteries ). He refused to give me the correct terminal ends that I asked as I said earlier 3 friggin times! Then he told me that I can just flip the positive terminal ends over and they will fit the negative terminal, which may be able to get ya through in a pinch of needed but that's not what I asked for. I just spent nearly $500 on 2 batteries and four terminals, so when I asked for something that's what I wanted and that's what I needed the right stuff!! Point is AVOID THIS PLACE AND BUY INTERSTATE BATTERIES ANYWHERE ELSE!! 👍🙂✌️IMO

The guy was extremely rude and the battery we wanted was available online but he said they were out of all but the most expensive batteries. Treated my Husband like he was incompetent. Don't want to deal with this guy again
