Oh my gosh where do I start?!? These guys are absolutely amazing! My car was in a wreck and had got denied by a collision center saying they wouldn’t touch it from a previous wreck it was in before I bought the car. These guys did such an amazing job on my car with no problems, didn’t question the work they knew exactly what needed to be done. It works better than when I had it before, and the body work… is just speechless! If you want your car to run and look amazing in a timely manner don’t hesitate to go with these guys they’re awesome! Thank you impact collision for your amazing work. It makes you feel good to know your car is in people who are great at their job and do it with passions hands.

I can’t say great enough things about this place! After my husbands accident i was super stressed and they were able to get me a same day appointment to get an estimate. They handled everything they needed to with our insurance. Any issues or questions I had they were quick to respond! I can greatly recommend this place. Jerry was an amazing help and went above and beyond the call of duty. Great job! I am very pleased with impact Collision and their professionalism

Great customer service! Did really great on my car. Looks like it never even had damage to it. Very Friendly. And had my car done exactly when they said it would be. Kept me up-to-date I would take my car back to them

Took a lot longer than I thought, but Jerry and Carl do a bang up job. No pun intended..LOL.. I've had my mustang done there twice, and my wife Mercedes done in the last 6 months, never seems to be a problem with there work. They do a great job at color and feathering the paint to blend with the original paint. ??

It was truly refreshing to find Impact Collision Center in Yakima. Incredible customer service, great body work and they are willing to work with insurance companies to ensure that you get your money's worth. They take pride in the repairs requested and do it in a timely and cost-efficient manner. They are willing to discuss all your options for repair and the cost difference. I have never felt more comfortable than working with Impact Collision Center. I was first attracted to their services because a motor specialist recommended the work of Impact Collision Center. I will definitely be returning for any oil changes, paint repairs, or any needed bodywork.

Our car was "injured" due to a pick-up truck backing into the fender. My husband and I began to get estimates for its repair. When we drove into the parking area of Impact Collision Center, we were met and greeted very warmly. It only took 15 minutes for him to give us a reasonable estimate. The second collision center told us that they wouldn't even give us an estimate until October, which was 2 months away. Another center was very dirty, and we weren't greeted or acknowledged. Therefore, we went with Impact Collision Center and am so glad we did. The car looks like brand new! They painted and put new pin-striping on the side, plus cleaned the inside! We are very pleased and highly recommend Impact Collision Center.

I experienced great customer service from the beginning until the end when my car was finished. Impact collision did great work and when I had first called to see if I could get my car in to be fixed they got me in right away. The manager Jerry was very helpful and they even did a courtesy buffing on a mark that was on top of my trunk. I would definitely recommend them for your vehicles needs!

Took my car to this shop after being involved in a collision. The owner was very professional and provided excellent customer service. The estimate was done quickly and he took care of dealing with the insurance agency regarding estimate. It took a couple of weeks to get the parts needed and only a couple of days to get the repairs completed. I highly recommend this auto shop.Service: Body & Trim

Damage occurred mid April. Another very popular local body shop said it would be July before they could even get it into their shop. Jerry and his crew got my car in the afternoon of May 1 and had it ready to go by noon on May 3! Outstanding job on the door replacement and dents and very nice guys to boot. They even washed and vacuumed my car. I would highly recommend Impact Collision Center for any body work or car painting.Service: Body & Trim
