“Had the best stay ever Mary was amazing all the way around we had a negative reaction experience with one of the maids which was fine cause Mrs, Mary took very good care of us and my grandson just loved her. Jannie came up to our room with fresh baked cookies but wanted to apologized for our negative experience with the other maid, we will definitely be staying only at this location when we visit Yakima we were treated like family both Mary and Jannie came and said good bye to us and hugged Chance before we left as he blew kisses to both of them. Thanks for such a great visit!!”
“This was the biggest blessing to my pastor, church elder and I as we were in town for a regional Church conference. We came from Hayden Idaho and were surprised to see wonderful scripture and an encouraging mission statement on the walls. The rooms and beds were clean and well kept. The front desk service and complimentary food were excellent. All together a great experience!”

“Very clean and nice the only bad thing is that it doesn't have a pool but I would definitely stay again
Rooms: Very nice and clean, it has a small living room apart from the bedroom and a small kitchen with all the accessories.
Walkability: There are places nearby to walk, it is very central
Food & drinks: There aren't any in the place, but there are fences to choose from and they are not very far away.”

“Safety: Be aware of scam phone calls to your room, pretending to be someone from the hotel and asking for credit card details. Probably not the hotel's fault, but they should do a better job of informing guests about this scam. The calls come in late at night and early in the morning so you're woken up by the call and potentially more confused and half asleep. I hope the hotel is working to make their phone system more secure to prevent this from happening in the future.”
“Great motel, lovely service, the housekeeper is extremely friendly. The owner is also very nice. Would highly recommend. The people that dislike the place may have a bias since they dont accept crackheads.”
“We were able to check in very quickly upon arriving. We parked free onsite and it felt safe. The room was clean and looked like the pictures. The free breakfast had lots of options including chocolate milk and oat milk that you don’t find at a lot of hotels. Shopping and dining within walking distance. A nice walking, jogging, biking trail on the other side of the freeway. We would stay here again.”

“I had stopped in for a meeting in one of their boardrooms in the hotel so I didn't make it into any rooms but I did see a gentleman bring what he said was a dead roach from his room to the front desk. The front desk contacted building maintenance immediately to address the problem. I'm not sure it was a roach but I was impressed with the professionalism of the front desk employee who calmly handled the situation by explaining it wasn't a roach but a river bug. The hotel backs up to the river and rooms have sliding doors onto the balcony overlooking the river. My guess is that is how the bug entered the gentleman's room.”
