So far they r lying and towing illegally... And making me homeless forcing me out into the cold weather with nothing . Everything I owned was in my car that I need for winter for home. I just got that car only 4 days ago I don't think they can legally do this tow cuz there weren't any no parking signs anywhere .

It's not that I have a problem with this tow company in particular, but I have an issue with the entire industry. My car WAS STOLEN and then involved in a high-speed chase in the middle of the night without my knowledge. Whoever stole it bailed out and just left the car so it was towed. When I woke up in the morning to take my daughter to school and realized I couldn't, I called to report it stolen and they informed me it was towed by Hind's Towing. I went to pick it up not even 12 hours later and it cost me $564!!! WHAT THE HELL!!! Then the front driver's side tire was blown out, so it wasn't drivable and it cost me another $250 on top of that to have them tow it to my house. The lady wasn't very nice either. The guy is nicer and more understanding.

What a joke. Company hangs up when you try to call and give new owner info on a vehicle they impounded that we sold to another private party, to help them out. DOL.WA.GOV states right on their website that when you PURCHASE a vehicle the new owner has 15 days to transfer, yes we should have done the report of sale in a timely manner, but we did not, the new owner is still responsible for transferring title which I tried to explain, which is also why there are $ penalties when they finally go to do so. But I understand towing companies don't need to care about their reputation. Shitty customer service guys. Was just trying to help a fellow auto related company out. I've been doing this type of paperwork stuff for over 30 years, and I know how frustrating it can be sometimes. So much for trying to help out.

Place is very untrustworthy . I was in an accident and my car was sent there by the YPD. Spoke to a lady that works there , told me not to worry about my vehicle that it would sit there until insurance figured out what they were doing . They then sold my car without notice . That is theft. He says his only other employee there “is good at taking notes , she would have put that she spoke to me “ what a joke . Shady business . Not legitService: Car towing

This is worst company in Yakima that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I don't understand why YPD considers this company as reputable or even a viable resource. Why they chose you is beyond my comprehension.
