Good customer service. Found some cool trinkets for grandkids last Christmas, especially for the 12 year old. Also got my booster shot earlier this year. No waiting, nice and informative worker.

Yesterday Wyatt went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. It was my first time using the pharmacy as it is the one insurance pays for. Wyatt took information over the phone and came to my car both visits so I did not have to go in since I was ill and waiting for Covid test results (negative I found out later); I didn’t want go in and get anyone else sick. He was kind, understanding, and extremely professional and helpful. Thank you!

There ice cream tasted like frozen sugar and I lt looked like somebody took a spoon and had a taste. It tasted like I was eating granulated sugar never experienced anything like it before. Threw it away there ice cream was way over priced store looked dirty. I'm pretty sure I won't do business there anymore

I was in need of a specific type of shower chair expeditiously and do to supply chain problems due to Covid was having difficulty finding one online. I prefer supporting local businesses when possible so called Tieton Village Drugs. My call was answered, I stated my need, and their supply was checked immediately. They had only one available so I was told they could hold it for me until I could come see it. When I arrived, the shower chair was right there so there was no wait time to check it out. It was exactly what I needed so the transaction was taken care of quickly. I definitely recommend Tieton Village Drugs for local, personalized service.

In my ~ 30 years of practice in Yakima, this was always the go-to place when a prescription problem had to be solved. Sometimes you need a pharmacist who actually thinks and is customer service focused, rather than trapped in big-box robotic menus. The preservation of private ownership allows this. Now that I also have to buy equipment for a disabled patient, I appreciate the flexibility and in-stock availability. - Kay Funk, MD
