Service advisor Javi was amazing and ensured vehicle was properly cared for as well as addressing a loss in pressure in one of the tires from a nail puncture. Patched the tire and got the first oil change done and I was on my way!

Don’t buy a car from this dealership unless you like your time wasted. I’ve been inquiring about a vehicle for multiple days just waiting for the car to be serviced. If Vanessa Cronin calls just hang up the phone. She didn’t have the courtesy to call me letting me know that the vehicle was sold after calling almost everyday
update: The manager of Harvest Honda reached out to me and to no surprise was unapologetic. The manager told me that since I wasn’t local that I wasn’t a priority. Last time I checked customers are always a priority

Brought auto in for service. Friendly quick reception. Asked to have tech check a/C vent for rumbling sound. Confirmed a built up amount of dirt and mouse droppings. Cleaned and rumble sound disappeared. appreciate up front honesty and explanations regarding oil use. I'll continue to have my car services here.

Brad the Machanic did an awesome job on my car. Brad gets 5 stars.
With the service counter there was some misunderstanding with what I was going to receive with the new ignition. The young lady that came out and let me know what I would receive, as in keys and fabs needs to know the year of the vehicle before she starts saying what I/customer would receive.
The parts counter had to investigate what was going on so I could be properly told what happened. I am on the fence if I will return. If I do, I will make sure I have all the facts.

For years, Harvest has been great for both my 2017 CRV and non-Honda vehicle!!! Reasonably fast, efficient, and honest in my vehicle maintenance! ???
