After an unfortunate accident left my car in need of body work, I took it to Francisco, who was not only friendly but also an expert in his field. He managed the repair process with ease and kept me well-informed throughout. I was thoroughly impressed when I saw my car after the repairs; it was in excellent condition. It’s comforting to know that there’s a trustworthy shop that offers quality body repair services. I highly recommend giving them a visit for any body work needs.

Contacted this place in February about minor damage to rear tail light. Insurance sent him a check for their estimate. He said it wasn't enough to repair the damage by at least $2500 and that he would call them. He also said he would need to keep my truck for at least 4 weeks, because he was so busy. Finally in September, 7 month after initial contact, three physical trips to the shop to "refresh his memory" and many phones calls later, mostly having to leave messages because his voicemail said he was on vacation, I left a message to just forget it and mail the Insurance check to me. Never got a call. Never got the check. I had to call the insurance company and have them stop payment and reissue directly to me. He may be the best body guy in Yakima but I'll never know. He needs a secretary and a few more shop hands.

Mark Gabbard at GSR will repair your collision damage to like new condition. You have the right to take your damaged vehicle to the repair shop of your choice. Insurance companies recommend and partner with repair shops for a reason. I'm not sure if the quality of repair is their first consideration.G.S.R. is quality collision repair.

my tire was really low yesterday, I had stoped to put air in it on 5th but the light never shut off (think I did it wrong ?) I noticed a couple of guys were out at your shop, so u decided to pull in and they gladly aired up the rear tire for me! you know that you have some good guys working for you!

I brought my vehicle to GSR for a repair estimate after an accident, and even though it was totaled, GSR helped me through the insurance process. Marc is very knowledgable about insurance companies and Washington State Law. I will take my vehicles to GSR in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

While I didn't end up getting my car repaired here (because it was totaled), Mark was very helpful guiding me through the process, steering me in the right direction, and taking his time answering all of my many questions. It's very obvious in speaking with him that he is very customer focused and takes great pride in his business. Based on my interactions with him, I would highly recommend GSR to anyone in the area.

Simply Amazing! I have used several autobody shops in the past, but none have gone to the level of attention to detail, craftsmanship and customer care as GSR! It is abundantly clear that the customer comes first. You know you have an advocate on your side to make sure your repair is done not only correctly, but back to original factory standards. I was so impressed they also had my vehicle sent to the dealership both before and post repair to evaluate for any hidden defects both with mechanical and cosmetic. I will never go anywhere else again! Thank you Marc and team for such an amazing experience.

GSR has helped me with 2 collision claims now. They do excellent work! previous auto body shops have left something to be desired, glad that I finally found one that does a great job and works for me instead of the insurance company!

I had an accident breaking the taillight of my German car. Reading the good review of GSR Collision I went there. As you know German car parts are expensive and hard to get. Marc was very helpful to direct me finding the parts (for free). After I got the parts they helped me to remove and install the new taillight. German engineering is, to say the least, detailed and complicated. Marc charged me very reasonable price. More importantly, did a great job paying a lot of attention to details. Reasonable Pricing and Excellent Workmanship. I do not wish to have much future collision repair work for myself or anybody. But, I will be a GSR customer if I need any. Marc, Thank you!

Thank you so much Marc and your crew!!! I got Rear-ended and brought in my car to Marc. He fought with insurances and helped us navigate through the mess all while re-assuring us and answering all of our questions. They did a beautiful quality job on our bumper and even cleaned the interior of my car before returning it. The customer service and quality workmanship is amazing!!! I highly recommend GSR for any of your body work!!!!!!
