My husband went there doing pedicular and she cut his nail wrong..bleeding a bit,and my husband said it hurt. She did say sorry to my husband.But we think it’s not professional,so we never go back there.

I received a fantastic leg massage, with oil from a soy candle. The manicure wasn't worth the extra price. The shellac started to flake off in two days. They fixed it, but seemed irritated to do so. More expensive than other places. I won't be back.

The receptionist Emma was not attentive and rude when explaining the services.this was the third time I went for service and both times before the didn't have time in the middle of the day ? I asked if I could get a Reg mani pedi and was told they only do shellac ? I was then informed it wasn't a together price 35 for pedi 25 for mani as in past ...and they would NOT do regular polish for me! I asked twice to clarify, yet when she did my pedi another girl asked would I like regular polish ? It was very high priced and confusing not sure if language barrier was a problem. The new girl was good. I will not return. Rude customer service by the receptionist Emma was enough to take my business elsewhere.Service: Pedicure

My grandson and I went to get 2 pedicures and I got my toes painted, I spent $100. I told the girl twice the water was too cold in Massage was horrible. She didn’t even get all the dry skin on my feet, and she messed up on my toes, so I went back a day later, and had Emma fix them. She was not nice at all. had the worst customer service ever, i’ll never go back there again, she was very snotty to me, and said why didn’t you tell why didn’t you tell somebody, that she didn’t understand you well, my grandson is autistic. I love coming here but they haven't been answering their phones to make appointments, so I went elsewhere.Their prices are similar to others in the west valley area. Their work is great, but I don't like showing up places to find out they don't have time for me. Answering the phone is a basic thing, or having voice-mail set up, but I'll come back once they answer calls again.

NOT the place for dip nails! I’ve been getting dip nails for awhile and have never had them chip or break which is why I love having them done! Recently moved to the area. Tried eNails and knew when I left that they’d done a quick, shoddy job. A week later and 5 of my nails are chipped and broken. Won’t be going back!!
