I had called Dude where's my car for to see if they could help me with abandoned vehicles outside of my house. They where quick an straight to the point on how we can have it removed. Recommend to close friends

Son had an accident on his motorcycle. Had to drive 15-25 miles to get the bike then haul back. Get a text from my wife that it’s $900 for 2.5 hours. I’m not the smartest person but $350 an hour seems excessive for something that should have been $250 max total. I understand why they wouldn’t bill insurance because insurance would never pay them! Ironically they told her they would take the insurance at the site and wouldn’t share pricing ahead of time. Recommend calling another place and dealing with a longer wait. Price gauging at best, pink tax at worst!

They chose to take lunch early rather than get my vehicle released to me. They sure didn't look like they were starving either. Rudeness is what patronage I received from them!!! And No my truck was not impounded for a DUI it was impounded because my son's license was suspended stop falsifying information about the impounded. And you couldn't start it because there's a ig ition interlock on the truck. So stop lying. We had plastic to pay for the impound fee and your card reader was out of service. We went to get cash out and when we came back at 11:40am you said we had to waite till after you took your lunch!!! Try to lie again!!! The truck can not be drove if someone had been drinking alcohol with the ignition interlock on it so that proves you wrong about a DUI arrest.... you lied plain and simple, more dishonesty from you or who ever stating there was a DUI arrest.

This place is RIDICULOUS. I haven't heard ANY real GOOD things about Dude Where's MY Car Towing...
I couldn't even conduct business with that person there. They would rather put what's owed in collections than get their payment in person, various terrible business skills on their part. ? ? ?
They were and continue to be just as rude and completely combative as they can be. ? Bummer.

Our truck broke down on us in the middle of a free way. We managed to get it to a rest stop but it was broke down and stranded. I got a mechanic to come out and diagnose the truck and found out that the damage was beyond our financial ability to repair. With the clock ticking on the time the truck could spend at the location it was stranded at I was at a loss for what to do. A friend told me about Dude where’s my car Towing so I gave them a call. They were absolutely courteous and understanding of our situation. They sent a truck out to tow the vehicle to a scrap yard and didn’t charge me a thing. I simply signed the release on the title and viola…..our plight was over. I can’t thank this company enough for how fast and efficient they were and I will recommend their service to anyone in need of a tow.

Well I will say this if you need someone to toe a car these guys will get it done and may I mind you it will be a 230$ hook up fee and 60$ housing fee a day AND TO THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A DEAL YOU MOST LIKELY WILL NOT GET ONE KEEP IN MIND THOUGH CHOOSE YOUR WORDS CAREFULLY. GIVE RESPECT AND YOU WILL ALSO BE GET RESPECT.

Called our insurance company (Farmers Insurance), which handled the paper work & setting everything up for us, in order to get our truck towed. Now the tow company called was Dude Where's My Car. They set a designated time to be there for us & followed through. Once arrived, gentleman got out of his rig (which was the business owner) & waisted no time in getting our truck loaded to haul, all went very well, couldn't have been happier with his service. I would recommend Dude Where's my Car (towing service) to everyone. Thank You so much for rescuing us & for the service you had provided. A Huge Thank you!!!! I give a score of 100% not just a 10, bit way above this.Aldo let me add, when called Dude Where's My Car, just to let the know we forgot to let them know our truck is qn automati, the gentleman that answered was very informative & direct, never rude. He let us know, will be there as quick as we can. I let him know we are in a safe place the parking lot of The yakima county Sheriff's Office (couldn't be safer than that).. this company cares about there customers 100%.

I tried to this morning. The lady that picked up the phone was RUDE she did not let me speak said NO and hung up the phone. Definitely not a way to run a business. They need less than one star. Just awful
