We were just in the Yakima store and was helped by a young man by the name of Christian. I was very impressed with his attitude, manners and knowledge about the products we were interested in.
We made an appointment online and were helped right away and had the tires installed and on the road within an hour.
Definite recommend this place.

Having several experiences with the shop at my location, I have to give them a public shout out. They have gone above and beyond every time, took me in on short notice, and kept me informed every step of the way. They have instilled confidence that charges are reasonable, that they are totally competent, and are a trustworthy establishment.

I worked with Reggie and Jace today. I bought 4 new tires. I was so impressed with their customer service. Reggie was very thoughtful and found ways to help me stay close to my budget as well as planned ahead in the event of an emergency. Jace noticed that my lug nuts were in bad shape (something I was aware of), but he helped me see the importance of investing a small amount now so that when I get a flat on the road, I can fix the tire myself rather than hire someone to tow me because I was not able to get my tire off.
I really appreciated the thoughtful concern. Thanks guys!
