Took no time..but customer service was not the greatest..girl who took care of my transaction, was not communicating at all..while assisting..no eye contact and 3 words total..will not be going back.

Went in around 1:50 pm- 2:00 pm and I didn't realize it was a salon where you could be doing your nails. She was more interested in her nails than actually helping met get a phone, and a plan. I went in with questions but her answers were short and simple. She was too focused on getting her nails done then helping a customer out. Thank you. Sorry for the had reviews but something needs to be done. Cricket on Main St. Yakima, WA would never recommend.

Went in today 10/05/2021 around 11am to upgrade one of my phones and the lady Rep Alejandra that was there was super rude. Her attitude suggested she did not want to be there or to help anyone. I asked about the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G and she said they where out of stock. I then asked when they would be getting any in stock she told me either later today or tomorrow. I was fine with this I had no problem waiting a day to get the upgrade. The REP then told me it would be $284 with the activation fee and price of the phone. I told her that its only $169 online and come to $200 and some change after the activation fee of $25. She told me that if i wanted it for that price i would have to do it online. I told her i upgraded my other phone just a few months ago for the online price and only paid $200 and some change. The rep insisted that they have a new policy that they do not honor the online prices anymore and they have never honored the online prices and if i went to any other cricket dealer in town they would tell me the same thing. I asked for her managers name and number and she said they do not give out that information that her manager might be in tomorrow.
