I would like to share my experience with Cosmo Pro. During my initial visit, I was seeking barber items, and I found the supervisor handling things alone. She proved to be exceptionally helpful, even assisting me in setting up the Cosmo Pro app on my phone and offering a discount. I expressed my desire to learn hair dyeing techniques for women, and she introduced me to a $200.00 package which I decided to purchase.Upon completing the purchase, the supervisor informed me about a barcode on the package that provided instructions for using the equipment. This thoughtful gesture was appreciated. However, after about 1-2 weeks, I decided to return the package due to the absence of someone who could guide me through the process of using the hair dyes. When I contacted the supervisor to initiate the return, she expressed willingness to find a solution, but stressed the importance of having the original box.Despite explaining that all the items were brand new and unopened, she regretfully conveyed her inability to assist without the original packaging. This news was disappointing to hear. Consequently, I chose not to return to the store. Had I been informed at the time of purchase to retain the box, I would have done so. As a result of this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing packages or items from Cosmo Pro.During my first visit, I spent nearly $400.00. I could have continued purchasing from them, recommending their store to other barbers and friends, or even exploring their online options. However, this incident has led me to reconsider. To prospective students planning to visit, I suggest inquiring about their policies and asking questions upfront.Lastly, it's worth noting that during my time at the store, I felt restricted in exploring the surroundings. I sensed surveillance, as the supervisor was often nearby. While she greeted me warmly upon my arrival and provided assistance, the inability to return or exchange the item, or even receive store credit, was disappointing. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment as a place to visit.

People here are rude to Students they never want to help and always walking behind you to see if your going to steal something or look down on you if you look like you dont have money.. Atleast I have felt that way.

I have been in this store several times this last time i was there the gentlemen was extremely rude to me and i felt uncomfortable i asked where the nail polish was was shown where they were and then proceeded to watch me like i was stealing then wasnt going to ring me.up bc he didnt know if i went to beauty school but all yiu do is put in the phome number and the employee will look you up i didnt get his name he had a red shirt and red shoes and beard i felt like i was being targeted for my color the other times i was there the gals just looked up my number didnt tell me i needed a card or couldny buy anything

I'd give zero stars if possible. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The guy working, Luis, (gross, grease stained, yellow shirt wearing guy) was rude to the customers in front of me as well. Luis, or however you spell it (who said he was a manager, I sure hope not) was completely rude & not helpful when my friend and I went in to use our student cards. I then decided to not continue with my business here & he informed me “you may never shop here unless you fill out this form†OK with me.
