While in the car wash, the machine stopped n I was stuck in the 30 mins or longer b4 I was able to flag someone for to get the worker. I couldn't get out cuz the other car wash was busy.

I and another client tried to communicate with the manager but we had no response.
The machine without soap and working improperly, I will not return nor recommend it, I will add a photo.

A 4 year old can blow more than the air pressure that comes out of these vacuum machines. Don’t waste your money here.

It left a lot of soap on the car. I had to rinse it off myself. The spray nozzles were inconsistent also, some low pressure, others way too much pressure. Took video of that in case the high (extreme) pressure caused damaged. $16. Maintain your systems and provide better quality at that price.

The best place to wash and vacuum your car. The car wash stalls are always in tip top shape. The vacuums are all powerful, unlike most carwashes where only a select few actually do the job you paid them to do.

I put about $15.00 in the self wash bay and didn't have enough time to wash, rinse and spot-free rinse my car and I drive a Lexus ES300 and even tried to wash the mats but not enough time, then when I was vacuuming my car that machine turned off it was like I got 2 minutes for $1...they really need to think about giving people a decent amount of time for the amount of money they spend at places like this.
