Update: almost a year of constant service interruptions. We just went 11 days with no phone, got that fixed yesterday after 2-3 days waiting for the tech. Now on day 4 with no internet and they point blank refuse to fix it. They just flat out DGAF, and after talking to 3 different people are openly stating we're not going to have internet (like, ever, apparently) because they're not sending a tech. They have literally one job, and they cannot do it. We've gotten to the point where we're going a week or more without internet and/or phone service on multiple occasions. Why? They dunno. When will it be back? They dunno. But they sure AF expect that bill paid on time regardless. We're in the process of looking for someone (ANYONE) to switch to - we can't even call 911 because they can't cover the basics.

Century link utility pole was knocked down in auto accident 6/18/23. Pole has been replaced, but only broken concrete around base painted orange instead of poured concrete. Several concerns: hazard to pedestrians, especially wheelchairs, looks bad (is this because it's an older neighborhood?).Would appreciate some help with this.

The worst company i have ever done business with. Charge me for services not provided and call me to leave a robo voicemail everyday telling me i owe them money. I dont. They need to be gone.

What kind of business has a phone line that says, “hang up and call the number on your billing statement. Do not call back as your number will be blocked?” I just moved to the area and haven’t had any success reaching a human to talk to. The link to set up my account doesn’t work. None of the email communications from the company include my account number, which apparently I need in order to request any sort of support. I tried contacting via the text support option and was transferred 3 or 4 times with no actual progress. I called this number and it hangs up on you and threatens to block your number. I called the customer support number online and it just repeatedly takes you through an automated system that doesn’t provide any information. I can’t believe CenturyLink is the only option for internet service in this area.

I was trying to help an old man find the local office. When you look it up, it will give you a local residence, not a commercial building. I called the number listed, if you press “0” it states their company is “not helping with support or billing questions, and will block your number if you continue to call”. I called back and pressed “1” to speak with someone. I did get through to a lady. I asked her what the local Yakima address is, and she asked what it was In regards to. I answered her question, and again asked for the address. She hung up on me without another word. This company is fishy. Makes sense that their phone number starts with (509)666

This company is a complete joke. If I didn't HAVE to use them, there's not a chance in the world I would EVER use them. A company with no redeeming qualities is hard to come by but CenturyLink takes the cake hands down.

First of all, the address shown here is a residence, not even an office. I called the national number and there isn’t even a local office in Yakima. Secondly, you can call the phone number listed here, but an automated voice tells you to standby while it transfers you, and then just ends the call. Not a great reflection on a business when there is no local support.
