Century link utility pole was knocked down in auto accident 6/18/23. Pole has been replaced, but only broken concrete around base painted orange instead of poured concrete. Several concerns: hazard to pedestrians, especially wheelchairs, looks bad (is this because it's an older neighborhood?).Would appreciate some help...
