If I could I would put negative stars. The pharmacy is the worst ever. Say they will get medication ready you go in & you still have to wait. Staff is rude, pharmacy manager believes nothing wrong. I can't transfer. So frustrating.

If I could put zero stars... I would. Never in all my life have I been treated so poorly. Dr was rude, dismissive, and ultimately made me feel as though my concerns weren't valid. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Drs for the most part are alright ! They HAD 1 amazing dr who recently left the practice . Shame to have lost her & I can only assume it was "vaccination reasons". Truly caring drs would NEVER push this poison onto anyone . So completely understandable tht she would "walk". Some (not many) Drs can NOT be bought ! Since she has left it's hard to over look all the issues this office has. Can call all day everyday to never have scheduling even answer . Leave you on hold for 15 minutes only to make you leave a voice mail. The pharmacy is even worse ! The ppl there act as if they hate it there, hate life for that matter . Every time I go in I'm charged different prices for the same medication. Recently my months prescription was broke down into 2 prescriptions. One every 2 weeks - so I'm being charged double . Even more interesting the first prescription I picked up with no insurance cost triple ! 80 dollars , the following month 25 dollars. Now I pay 50 dollars. Even worse is the unprofessional staff literally makes you feel as if your a drug addict , it's absolutely disgusting ! I will most certainly be taking my business elsewhere . To treat ppl so awful , it's just gross . Sorry they are all so miserable but no need to take out on others . Learned recently they can pull register tapes & after an awful encounter. I want an explanation as to why they keep ripping me off ? Are they making their own bonus's off ripping ppl off ? Cwfm needs to "clean house" & clear out the awful humans in pharmacy . They make the entire establishment look bad. You don't treat ppl badly & if they hv an issue w/ppls medications they should take that up with the drs that prescribe them ! Absolutely pathetic, unprofessional staff. They all belong behind the scenes , ppl persons they ARE NOT ! They make the girls at front desk look like goddesses . That says so much since they can't seem to answer a phone & it's probably because their to busy eating & drinking their iced coffees ! Good luck in getting a good dr there. The only good one has left so best of luck. The rest we will just assume are "sellouts". The big vaccine bonus's mean more to them thn the patients they claim to care about . The satanic "medical" symbol truly says it all .

Not sure if it is racist or just incompetence but the receptionist's are the rudest and biggest racist's I've seen in Yakima., but when you have an appointment and show up 10 minutes early and wait for an hour past your appointment time watching like 27 other people who came in after you get called to the back bad business. But hey you get to spend 6 minutes with your assigned resident then get billed 250.00 to your insurance or billed for cash whichever the case may be. Hopefully you don't need medications. Most of the time the med's you are on have to build up in your system and this doctors office refuses to contact the pharmacies back to get your scripts in, In a timely manner to make sure you have no complications with your medications. I honostly believe it is to make you get worse so they can continue you medical treatment to the worst of their ability.

A TERRIBLE clinic! I have breathing problems caused by blood clots in my lungs. Half of my left lung died because of the clots. It is very difficult for me to wear a mask because of my compromised lungs. Upon going to this clinic I explained my situation to them. I held the mask in front of my face when anywhere near people, but could not put it on fully as it does not allow me to get enough air. I get very lightheaded when wearing a mask due to decreased ability to breathe.

Dealing with a family emergency & asked if they could complete state required paperwork For FMLA. To my surprise there was a $50 fee. They should have told me there was a fee even if they don't know how much it was going to be. $50 is a excessive fee to charge anyway & it added to a very stressful expensive event. Be aware they charge fees for any paperwork needed.

I am very upset with this clinic! I ran out of my meds (depression meds which can have horrible side effects if just suddenly stopped);I had to go see a doctor for a follow up to get a refill; I went there for my appointment and found out that they had called me to reschedule because the doctor I was seeing called in sick that day; found out they had the wrong number for me! I told him what the right digits to my number is for receptionist to put in a request to have a nurse call (which by the way I haven't heard back from yet) and than he repeated the number back to me for a nurse to call me and he repeated back the same wrong one; they had before!!!! they obviously aren't attentive or listen to their patients to provide the care that is needed; I would go to a new clinic but this one is more convenient for me right now; Anyways after this horrible review I am leaving them, I am going to write a letter to the person that is in charge of that place and I recommend others do the same; because that is the only way we can make a difference to get the proper medical care that we need. I need my meds! I can sure feel the difference being without:'(

For all the addicts trying to seek help: Central Washington Family Medicine has an amazing Suboxone and Methadone clinic. I went in a rush one day because I was in the middle of withdrawals and they gave me methadone right away. The people in the suboxone program (the counselor, doctor, nurses and social worker) are kind and understanding. They will not see us like dirty junkies unlike most places that do. I can only review this place on their addiction program. And so far, it's been so helpful for me.

I love my Dr at CWFM. She is Dr. Katina Rue. She explained the color coded procedure to me which I wasn't crazy about, but it has worked out for me. If and when I was very ill, I needed to see someone and took whomever was available, and my Dr still stayed on top of what was going on with me. What I am disappointed in, is, the rudeness of the staff in the Pharmacy. But, maybe I'm old fashion......I do not like being talked over top of me when I'm trying to explain something which I just experienced a few minutes ago. This will not stop me from dealing with them, but will put me on edge next time I need to call for a question to be answered.
