“Car wash does a great job and usually the kids dying the vehicles do to. Unfortunately my last trip in they leaned up against my truck in 2 spots while shining the rims. A week later and I still have the spots on my hood and truck bed from the rag being used. Luckily today is wash day again”

“Looks like a pretty nice self service car wash to me and I’ve been to a lot. There’s four bays have brushes and nozzles. There is air at the back for two dollars. There is vacuums, self-service, trash, cans the stalls look pretty clean and there must be 10 different signs, letting you know that the place is under surveillance which is good. They also don’t allow semi trucks here and they asked you don’t wash excess of mud here.”
“The soft-touch automatic does a good job as far as cleaning the car goes. Almost always greeted when pulling in. They give you wipes for inside your car and a towel to dry afterward which is much appreciated! It would be nice to give 2 drying towels for larger vehicles and free vacuuming. Only complaint is one of the guys there waited until the last minute to pre-wash the front and back (not because he was busy) and then gave a half effort on both the front and back.”
“Very thorough! Went for the first time today and the guys got gunk out of the edge of my hatchback that has been bugging me for months. They do a great job, but that takes time, so if you want a quick wash, go elsewhere.”
“They offered a free introductory wash and then a great introductory price for their car wash club. The club version is a monthly fee and unlimited. The 1st month was only $9.99 which is terrific. I've used it 3 times, once at N. 40th and Fruitvale, which drags your car through the steps, twice at 37th and Tieton, which does its thing while you sit still. The Tieton location is much closer but this last time it was "too touchless". My car wasn't grimy but the wash left way too much bird crap on the surfaces. But something that really helps are the little things. An attendant is there to give you a pre-wipedown, also gives you an air freshener, 3 wet wipes for the interior, and a shammy. When I vacuumed it lasted 8 minutes which was perfect. I can't remember what the usual rate is for the unlimited per month club, but everyone's needs vary.”
“The best car wash in Yakima I have tried so far.The staff are all friendly and quick to take payment and hand dry my vehicles at the end of the wash. Their machine does a great job and my family enjoys the light-show inside. I will continue to come back keep up the awesome work!”

“OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!I'm currently recovering from a spinal injury and I'm unable to do much car maintenance. I've got a hard to locate, expensive for that needs air weekly to avoid a flat until i can replace it. The boys down there air my tire for me every week, free of charge and with a kindness I've never known with a place of business.Anywhere else would've grown tired and frustrated with it. But they see me pull up and they've already got the air in hand, ready to inquire about my day and how my back is healing. I may have been able to find a tire shop that would've aired this up for me on a regular basis but NEVER would I have found one that did so with such kindness that didn't make me feel burdensome or unwelcome.If I could give a million stars I would!To the manager/owner-These boys were excellent hires, nice job! I really hope you're able in some way to recognize them in the workplace for their exemplary customer service. “Great facility for washing your car. The equipment is usually in good shape and the place is clean. I frequently use this place when I need to wash the car. Once the coin machine ate two of my quarters but the attendant working there saw it happen and came over unprompted to quickly refund my 50 cents.”

I like that it lathers your vehicle in soap compared to other automatic car washes where it feels like your car is being sprayed with only water. They have their $8 automatic wash on Tuesday’s which normally runs at a higher price other days of the week.”
