Went in for a 2nd difficult return and Assistant Manager Tracy was beyond helpful with the return. She was patient and kind throughout the process.

Do not believe the $25 coupon offered when you make a purchase online and pick up in store. It says on the coupon you can use it for that very same purchase but they say at the store you have to purchase something else ((at least $75) to use the $25 coupon. Manager told me the coupon is deceiving and he has problems with it everyday. It is just a gimmick and a ploy to get you in the store so if you want to use a coupon you have to spend an additional $75.

Found the boots I was looking for, and at the last minute before they closed. They were already after closing time but they were patient with me as I had to get some payments figured out. Very cool thank you boot barn folks for staying and letting me get the boots u needed. That alone will bring me back to get my next pair.

Went in to exchange a size bigger of boots and tried to say we wore the boots on cement. If he had known how all the OTHER boots in store are all scuffed under the boots and have cuts. The assistant manager Ralph was beyond rude; had a horrible experience. Will not be coming back.

There’s one guy that I believe is the shift manger that it just point blank rude. Just so you know if your going to go here make sure your dressed nice because your appearance matters. This guy who has higher authority than other workers will be rude to you if your not dressed nice. He needs to work on his customer service. Another one of the workers apologized to me twice because he could see how the shift manger was acting towards me. Honestly upsetting experience.
