Not too happy with this service due to having “unlimited “ data but not the case as it has not been even 15 days and now I’m out of data and have had to buy more “data” so I can do what I need to do on my phone. Think it’s time to switch companies.

I am so frustrated with this service. After having it for 6 years and always being on the family plan they chose to change the service and they separated all of our lines off of the plan. And 2 of my family members went without service for 5 days because of it. Mad and beyond dissatisfied with the customer service . I have a logged time of 7 hours total combined hours spent on hold and trying to talk with a service agent getting absolutely nowhere.

Bost mobile on 3rd Ave Yakima, I was there to ask some questions because Im looking forward to change my phone line carrier. The girl at front desk (don’t know her name) was very rude. She did not offer options, did not promote anything, was very bold, she was wearing a dress, she did not look profesional and showing off lots of skin. She was very irritated. This place and the one on 1st street need to be trained on how to be polite , respect and have manners. Putting A fake smile won’t hurt.

I have Boost Mobile am from Tacoma I grew up here in the Yakima and can not find a store all I can say is pay on my phone from now on and ill go to Tacoma to get my next new phone

We walked into the boost store and it was super busy. We thought about leaving but decided to stay. I am glad we waited. Anna helped us and she was so helpful. I've never had such great customer service at any store. Boost is very fortunate to have Anna on their team! Thank you Anna!!

Didnt help me at all instead the manager Veronica who was wearing her mask below her nose basically told me that i cant use the insurance i paid for because it got put on my old phone, now the gentleman who sold me the newest second phone in the first place said if i wanted to keep my number to swap the numbers later he never mentioned that the insurance stays on the primary phone nobody explained this to me. So when you you get a new phone threw them you get a small time frame on when you can add insurance in which i never added insurance to my first phone so they told me i never had insurance on my second phone that my first phone had it but since the insurance was added( when I bought my newest second phone a yr later)a yr later it wasnt valid so where did my insurance payments go since i rendered services they refuse to give me my insurance money back and they didnt want to help me with my claim even though the mistake was on them. I felt hustled the gentleman was wrong buy not explaining this to me i fell like i was just looked at as commission instead of a long time loyal customer and shame on the manager for being combative with me making me feel like i was lying horrible customer service!

I have been with boost mobil for over 5 years and they did me super dirty at this place. The first problem ive ever had now this is how they treated me. . I got insurance for my new phone 11 i got broke 3 months later. They told me i dont have insurance on the phone but on the account some thing they did behind my back. Which means none of my 2 phones were or ever were covered while i have been paying the insurance premium for the last 3 months and now they wont replace the phone or at the least pay me what i paid for the fake insurance. This aint over.......
