Had auto pay and this morning when I woke up at 7am no internet so after several hours I went down at 1 pm and inquiring about my account they said sorry no peachy gringo and deleted my account so I go to 3 and nobb hill and they have no record of any white boy being in a Mexican phone store and they said no whites allowed

The 5G Internet is supposed to be faster yet even though I had a 6GB RAM phone -- it still runs very slow. My mother's phone is older than mine yet the Internet runs fast on hers. I factory reset my phone yet the Internet is still slow as a sloth. So it is not entirely the apps that are the problem. Unless Boost Mobile picks and chooses which phone gets a weak signal.

I went in today with an issue for a phone I was setting up for somebody.Carlos went above and beyond to help me out and figure out the solution to the problem that had been going on for 2 days. He was friendly, kind, hopeful and patient.

On Friday December 4th. Between the hours of 1030 & 1130 I walked into boost mobile at 129 S 1st St Ste A, Yakima, WA 98901. There I was assisted by #AV . Also had the opportunity to witness a female owner collecting packages from UPS. I went in to purchase a bundle I saved money for because can't afford luxurious things. I got a screen protector and case. I noticed the worker looking for the screen protector and I noticed it wasn't there. She then played it off and grabbed a general screen protector. I clarified with her if this isn't the screen protector for the phone I don't want it.i had an incident where I used the wrong screen protector and the space it didn't cover cracked my whole phone. She offered to put the case and phone off. I realized too late after it was a technique so I couldn't get a refund. I dint realize at that time but I stardust the screen and had to admit there's no way this is the proper screen protector. I didn't want to put her in the wrong due to the owner being there , BUT my money doesn't come easy. As I went back the owner and her dismissed me and said no refunds. I looked like a poverty case but what they don't know is I have an unstable but solid background in sales. Since they preferred to give me bad service over valuing my money I will be posting a picture of my phone and screen protector to get everyone's opinion. For now I will leave this warning for the people to not shop at this boost mobile. When I find out all the boost mobile related to the owner, because she was present! Not a manager the OWNER. I will post it as well since she doesn't give honest business. Also when I originally switched over they told me my number didn't qualify. As I went again and dealt with a different person I was told different and was able to. So just some advice dont judge a book by its cover. I look like poverty but I was an Excellent sales person. Telling a customer a general statement, and dismissing them is part of the game . If I had money I would sue you for selling me the wrong screen protector. I will be giving myself a reminder to post this up often. Since I received bad business and my money was valued I will devalue the business. This could have been avoided if she could of recommended another boost with the real screen protector for this Samsung a21. My screen again is not fully protected and they didn't want to help assist, they just falsified their product and dismissed me and Insulted my intelligence for a petty sale.

Boost mobile on 3rd an noble hill I would never go again the lady's that are here today made me feel unwelcome an like she didn't care an the other lady that was with was ver negative to most customer that came in

Saw an ad on black friday saying a phone was on sale so I tried calling the store but it just rings and goes to a message box thats full so I contacted boost mobile customer support and was told to just go in the store so I did and when I got here they said the price is only if I switch(it says nothing about switching on the ad)and Im already a Boost Mobile customer. I showed the false advertisement to customer support and the lady in the store but neither cared.
