Had auto pay and this morning when I woke up at 7am no internet so after several hours I went down at 1 pm and inquiring about my account they said sorry no peachy gringo and deleted my account so I go to 3 and nobb hill and they have no record of any white boy being in a Mexican phone store and they said no whites... read full comment

The worst phone service I have ever had!! I never have a good signal, much less internet!!!!

I went in today with an issue for a phone I was setting up for somebody.Carlos went above and beyond to help me out and figure out the solution to the problem that had been going on for 2 days. He was friendly, kind, hopeful and patient.
