Very poor customer service the woman who answered the phone very rude didn’t want to sell a phone all I asked for was a price and she was to dumb to do that apparently taking my service elsewhere

We walked into the boost store and it was super busy. We thought about leaving but decided to stay. I am glad we waited. Anna helped us and she was so helpful. I've never had such great customer service at any store. Boost is very fortunate to have Anna on their team! Thank you Anna!!

I have been with boost mobil for over 5 years and they did me super dirty at this place. The first problem ive ever had now this is how they treated me. . I got insurance for my new phone 11 i got broke 3 months later. They told me i dont have insurance on the phone but on the account some thing they did behind my back. Which means none of my 2 phones were or ever were covered while i have been paying the insurance premium for the last 3 months and now they wont replace the phone or at the least pay me what i paid for the fake insurance. This aint over.......

Didnt help me at all instead the manager Veronica who was wearing her mask below her nose basically told me that i cant use the insurance i paid for because it got put on my old phone, now the gentleman who sold me the newest second phone in the first place said if i wanted to keep my number to swap the numbers later he never mentioned that the insurance stays on the primary phone nobody explained this to me. So when you you get a new phone threw them you get a small time frame on when you can add insurance in which i never added insurance to my first phone so they told me i never had insurance on my second phone that my first phone had it but since the insurance was added( when I bought my newest second phone a yr later)a yr later it wasnt valid so where did my insurance payments go since i rendered services they refuse to give me my insurance money back and they didnt want to help me with my claim even though the mistake was on them. I felt hustled the gentleman was wrong buy not explaining this to me i fell like i was just looked at as commission instead of a long time loyal customer and shame on the manager for being combative with me making me feel like i was lying horrible customer service!

Did not want to help me out because I was not getting a new phone or buying from them. I sold my boost ohine and it was not working for that person and I was simply trying to help them and the lady ignored me every other question and would not even look me in the eyes..what a digrace she was

I can never contact any of yr Yakima store's to ask a simple question about a payment, I payed twice and want to know if it just goes to my next month's bill, since I made two payments today
