Disappointed with the lack of communication and misinformation from the call center. My husband had called the customer service number on 2 or 3 separate occasions for a 401k direct deposit and every single time he spoke with someone different and every single time he got back completely different information, even though he was calling about the same thing. And then finally he went into branch to talk to someone in person and was told, yet again, something different. We've had our account here for almost a year and have never had a problem with them until now. But I'm more frustrated because if we would have gotten the correct information, from the people who are SUPPOSED to know what they're talking about, then we wouldn't be in the financial dilemma we're in now.

Don't go here. Spent 20 min in line, just to be told I couldn't switch my $20s to $100 bills cuz I don't have an account and you can't verify me. ITS CASH MONEY!! All I wanted was to make change. You're a BANK! You allow non account holders to use your change machine for a fee... whats the difference?? I didn't ask to cash a check, just wanted to change bills. Now I know HAPO is best!

There was fraudulent activity on my bank card detected. I received a alert on my phone and the agent asked if I was using my card for a transaction that I didn't approve. After answering the security attached to my account, the agent was able to stop my card and remove the purchase I didn't approve. I was able to go to my branch office and get a new card in no time so I could update my accounts with automatic payments for bill I have monthly.

I literally love this bank. It's what every financial institution should set its standards by. The protocol, the service, the whole practice...Best Service EVER!!! I cannot see myself ever being dissatisfied and banking anywhere else. ?

They deactivated my card on a holiday weekend over a purchase online. Nd on top of that there's no way to get ahold of anyone. And they use call centers in India. I'm not giving personal info to a call center in india

I stopped in to take care of something and they expected me to leave and wait for a call saying they have time for me. Apparently they think their customers have nothing to do but wait on the bank.They also told me I could drive across town to a different branch.I used to like this bank for the customer service but it seems they don’t have time or concern for their customers.

They have a terrible mortgage department and terrible credit reporting policies have hurt my credit and they have not sent me a one late notice or phone call.
