βIt is a great experience to work with a local bank. I know my banker. They tailor their services to what we need as a business. If there is a problem, which there rarely is, I can call and talk to a person. Heritage bank is amazing and my banker, Kerry Steele, is the best!β

βThere was fraudulent activity on my bank card detected. I received a alert on my phone and the agent asked if I was using my card for a transaction that I didn't approve. After answering the security attached to my account, the agent was able to stop my card and remove the purchase I didn't approve. I was able to go to my branch office and get a new card in no time so I could update my accounts with automatic payments for bill I have monthly.β
βWe got financed through Hapo and I didn't know what I was doing with the book for payment I don't remember the gentlemans name but he explained it to me and even showed me how to do it I am very pleased with them so farβ
