“I was having issues with my current agency looking for insurance for me for 2 months and right up to the day that my insurance was going to expire she got me insurance but it ended up being the wrong insurance. They were non-responsive even the supervisors were non-responsive. And I have no problem saying the name Banc Agency is terrible. And they are through Rivermark Credit Union. That two days before my homeowners policy was going to expire, I reached out to Jared with Empire Insurance and he had me insurance by the end of the day of when I called and then we secured it the next day before my policy was going to expire. I appreciate their time to take care of my needs! He answered all my questions and he was thorough with my policies! I learned that I wasn't even fully covered from the previous Insurance Company.
