Careful, careful!!Raza, stay away from this place.. they are very dishonest.. they don't give you a receipt so they don't give you a guarantee.. they damage the plastics and they don't tell you.. Incredible service! Quality install from start to finish. We searched from Yakima to the Tri-Cities for the right install company to upgrade our sound system in our 2021 Dodge Charger. These guys did an outstanding job and even had great follow-up service. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

I took my trucks windows to get tinted. This place has great customer service. The guys here are very friendly and do a great job on what you want them to do. They have fair prices too! I really recommend them.

Took my truck in to get new headlight assembly put in. After $260 they scratched my bumper all up, and the new lights. Front grill was crooked and missing a clip. I wanted my old assembly with my bulbs, but the bulbs were missing. Went back, they put in clip for front grill, without straightening it, and didn’t do anything for the scratches or give me my old bulbs back when I asked for them.

Bad experience. Disappointed. Don't recommend Auto King. Given a price & they changed it, Triple the amount what I was told to be charger. The work that it was post to be done to my vehicle was told 2 to 3 hrs, but they took 2 days. Left Disappointed with out the work done.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would give a million... I had remote start installed in my car and last week I had an issue with my car suddenly the remote start wouldn't work and I couldn't lock my doors any more. I went to audio king on nob hill in Yakima and explained to them that I could not lock my car that the remote start was not working and they wouldn't look at it right then they said they would have to schedule me in... which I understand. So when I got homeI called them to talk to them further in detail and let them know everything that was going on because the person that answered the phone was not the person that I spoke to in store...... this person proceeded to tell me that in order for them to look at the auto start they would have to charge me - FOR THEIR PRODUCT installed in my car by them!! Furthermore the person on the phone proceeded to tell me that the problem that I was experiencing have nothing to do with the remote start. So skip forward to today, I took the car to another stereo shop here in Yakima, audio solutions. They pulled out that auto start and replaced it with a new one and VOILA!!! Wouldn't you know it, the problem is solved! So $320 later that I had to spend at another stereo shop to replace the remote start . I refuse to pay labor costs for a place of business to inspect their own product and their own work on a vehicle that they worked on I would recommend that nobody go there and Expect to have anything that they buy from their guaranteed.. Instead, I highly recommend audio solutions on 1st street! They are awesome, and it is guaranteed!!!!

They cancelled my appointment (when my car had already been there for an hour) to get my windows tinted and wouldn't answer to reschedule when I called and asked for Joel (owner) he ignored me as well.

If I could give no stars I would!!!! I went in to have my car looked at because my remotes weren't working properly, when I checked in with the guy at the counter he NEVER said ANY. Service would be charged!!! After waiting almost three hours and them driving my car in and out of their building I was called to the counter and told my remotes just needed batteries and I needed to pay $70!! I looked at the guy (all 3 of them) and said "I was never told there would be a charge!" Because if I was I would've went back another day ,there's absolutely no reason I already paid them almost $400 for the alarm system itself,and they couldn't check the car!? Or atleast have told me upfront THAT I was gonna be charged at THAT time!! Their bathroom was disgusting as well!! Lack of good customer service and over priced items!! ??

Took my car to have them place speakers and a remote start and ever since my car has a bunch of electrical problems and they can’t fix it they tell me they don’t know what to do or why it’s has all these problems. It wasn’t happening before they installed everything and now the light won’t stay off !!!!

Had some wiring trouble after carefully installing a fresh car battery. I started the car and turned on some music and noticed subwoofer wasn't kicking like usual. So I did some research and found that I had some corrosion on the wiring. I hit up audio kings for some help and scheduled me in an appointment. The store is a decent size with a good selection of audio equipment, car alarms, tinting, and many more options to pimp your ride. Customer service was great, answered all my questions and showed me many different options of things I'd like to add to my truck in the future. They solved my issue, upgraded and cut some wiring leaving my system bumping with some adjustments to my 2 amps that suits my needs. Overall great store and staff, lots of good choices and options to look at.

I took my car to have the windows tinted Paid $500 And within a week the rear window started to bubble there were gaps On the side windows A bunch of dust specs in the window 10. When I took To get it fixed they said that that was normal and they weren't gonna fix it Or give me my money back. I would not recommend this place to anybody and will never go back there again
