They are friendly & helpful, but they hide information from you. They put me on the most expensive plan possible (I don't need 200GB of hotspot data), convinced me to take the "free" tablet (which was not free, but half off), did not tell me that the tablet would be a second line, and completely misquoted my estimated bill by over $20. I also did not get the receipts for my purchases.I called AT&T's customer service to have them fix everything on my account before the 14 day "buyers remorse" period.If you came here to get a plan or phone, you should log into your account to verify everything. They are not to be trusted.

Closed in the middle of the afternoon. I tried calling and it routed me to a call center and they confirmed the store was showing as open, but the door was locked and nobody was there.

I went in at 12:30 on a Thursday. I was greeted upon entry and waited only 1 minute before being helped. Rich was informative and resourceful. I switched over to pre-paid and he applied all qualifying discounts to other accounts.I recommend this location over the others in Yakima!

Be Just when I thought I had found a phone store worth doing business with I learn the truth again. They bait and switched me got me to buy a screen protector and said replacements would cost me 8 bucks, well then they tried to charge me full price again. Do not do business with this store. Employees are Paid to trick you, not to provide customer service. Beware.

Omar is the guy me and my family ALWAY go to! He is very polite and helpful with everything. Anytime there is a problem with our account/or phones he knows just what to do. We have always gone to other stores to get help and to get what we want/need and we always have problems when finished with things we get. Omar has always been very polite and makes sure we understand what we are doing before we do it and if we don’t he always makes sure to break things down for us. We will continue to go wherever Omar is because he has always been so helpful with our account and phones. We have had AT&T for over 17 years and still going! Huge shout out to Omar for always doing his best for his customers!

The agent Omar signed me up for a post account when I went in for help with a prepaid account. It was my first time with at&t so I did not realize what he was doing. I thought he was trying to help me transfer my phone number over so I could set up prepaid. Instead of sending me to a store that deals with prepaid accounts he signed me up without me knowing. Now I owe $147.00. I did not want to set up an account, he took advantage of the situation. If your going to do business with AT&T go to the corporate store in Union Gap because you will end up there anyways. The corporate store told me that a lot of customers have to go there after that store mess up their account and signs them up for services they did not ask for. The other stores in yakima are contractor stores, Im having a hard time getting my money back because of the situation Omar put me in. And AT&T does not do good with working with other departments so your going to get a run around.

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Went in to ask a few questions regarding the bill and immediately hit the heavy sigh and rolling of the eyes. The entire time all I was told was that they don’t know why or anything the way it is. No straight answers or energy to help. I understand it’s a sales job but definitely need to take care of customers on the back end.
