Not a very happy camper. Went in yesterday to bring my ps5 in for repair was told it would take 2 hours to diagnose the issue. waited three hours and nothing had even been looked at. Went in a couple hours later and was told they were putting it back together and I would have my results in about 20 minutes...went back in half an hour before closing (mind you I arrived at noon originally) and it still had not been looked at. Was told they would start on it first thing in the morning and I would receive a call by 11 am by the time it came to 2 pm I still had not heard anything from them so I decided to call and see if anything had been worked on. No reply three times so I went to the store in person to see if I could speak to someone face to face to relay my frustrations. And they aren't even here their hours clearly state on their front doors mon-sat 10am-6pm Sunday closed. Today is Saturday! It also isn't a holiday. They have multiple employees so there is no reason for them to not be open this is false advertisement going on as well as the employees lying to their customers about completing work that had not even been started yet. Now I have to wait a full two days for a simple fix that should have taken an hour or two max.

I set up the repair early this week online thru ATT, they gave me like a 10 day service window at my convenience. Then I get unsolicited calls from these people to come in and get it done. Finally when I do come in they are closed. Website says 7pm store is closed at 4. Looks like they missed a package delivery too…

Came to the store on a Saturday. The store hours on the building, online and the website all said the store was to be open at 10. When I went there the store was closed. We waited for an hour to see if they were running late but after an hour no one showed up

After a delay due to the business being sold to a new owner, I was pleased to have the attention of the manager Carlos and his whole new staff, Jesus, Austin & Crystal. In the middle of training his new crew Carlos was able to fix my husband's phone screen demonstrating all parts of the process from intake to fix to receipt invoice in less than ten minutes. I was highly impressed by their skill and professionalism even with new staff training in progress.

My husband's not even 3 months old Google pixel 7 pro which is a $1000 dollar phone was malled to them to get repaired and we received a call saying it was fixed and it was going out in the mail that was in 9-11-23 @ 10:30 am and now they don't have a tracking number and know one has any answers as to where or what happened to his phone. And they are acting as if we did something wrong by asking them how this could happen. The gentleman that called to let us know the phone was fixed and it was on its way to us personally as he says took the phone to UPS to be shipped to us but has no tracking number for it. When we called them yesterday the 18th of September they gave us a tracking number so we went to UPS with said tracking number. UPS told us that this was not a tracking number that this was a ticket number and that no merchandise was given to a driver in order to make a tracking number for something to be tracked. When we called them and told them what was said by UPS as we were leaving UPS they said they had no idea what they were talking about and are supposed to call us today and let us know where my Husband's phone is. These people are extremely unprofessional and I am extremely unhappy with their service. I will be getting a hold of the head of this corporation and figuring out what is going on. My husband is autistic and his phone is his lifeline.

These guys were awesome!! Broke my phone on the way home from a trip, called Verizon cause I have insurance, they told me to file a claim and then to try here, they took my phone in 2 hours before closing and had it done within the hour. They were super quick and had great customer service!! I highly recommend

Yeah, don’t bring your device here. I had a terrible experience personally.I dropped my iPad off for a 1-2 hour diagnostic, and I ended up having to call them the next day because they never got back to me. They said they’d ship it out on Monday for a diagnostic, and I ended having to call (again) on Wednesday, because they (again) never got back to me about it, despite them saying they would.When I called, I was immediately hung up on. When I called (((again))), they said the iPad had been sitting in the shop, and hadn’t been sent in yet. They said they had tried contacting me multiple times. They did no such thing. My phone works fine, and I had no record of them reaching out to me, so I don’t know why they were being dishonest about it. It’s weird.They offered to have their tech get back to me later, but because I couldn’t rely on that (for obvious reasons), I ended up coming by to take my iPad back to take somewhere else. All in all I feel like I had my time wasted, and I feel lied to.

The gentlemen who assisted me this morning were professional and courteous. They seemed quite knowlegeable, and managed the replacement of my screen in a timely manner. I had put off the screen replacement for several days because I thought it would require sending my phone away for repair, which I could not do considering the demands of our business. To have the option of same day, on-site repair was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend Asurion uBreakIfix to everyone. It was a seamless process!
