I never liked this one much because of the weird cashier woman (mentioned in another review) who made irritating personal remarks in a very loud voice. But I guess I should have been thankful even for that but now they have self service. Last time I went there was a woman behind the counter but was told I had to use the self service kiosk! So at a "convenience" store you have to ring up your own purchase! The only reason I go to AM/PM at all is I love their cookies. So I don't go here any more even though it is the most convenient to my home. I much prefer the one on Yakima Ave. even though it is in a sketchy area with addicts, because the cashiers there are pleasant and they actually ring up your purchase for you.

This place don't even deserve one star. But that's the only option. Basically the manager I think she's a manager... she sure tries to act like one, she's an older lady maybe in her 50s looks Hispanic or Native American always has hair braided dark colored glasses on. Long dark hair. is always sarcastic thinking she's funny but she's not) one time she even held up a picture of somebody wanted in the store and said is this you?? Basically saying I look like a thief. Now she is in the store forcing everybody to use the stupid self checkout thing & is just flat out rude... she tries to act nice but you can tell when she tells you to have a nice day that she is being fake af definitely do not come here unless Iabsolutely have to.Also it is just pure laziness to get that machine in there do your damn job, she was literally standing there at the self-checkout holding up the line showing everybody how to use it.... obviously nobody wants to use it because it takes longer duhhhhh

Never going inside the mini-mart again. One time crazy clerk at the counter was screaming and crying into her phone instead of ringing people up. Went there yesterday and the same one was talking to people in this loud screamy voice that was really disturbing. Another time there was a fat guy walking around being obnoxious to customers and I thought he was some nut but turned out he worked there too. Like a zoo and not worth going in even if they gave stuff away free.

Service is horrible in the morning they lock the door for security but they single out who to let in to the store.i contacted the number for ampm and thers no department to help with the reply ampm posted

My favorite AM/PM. Always ready and helpful. Coffee always made - food always prepared - staff always friendly. If something is wrong the staff bend over backwards to make it right. Store is also very clean and maintained. If only the other AM/PM were run like this one. Everyone knows the Lady that keeps this one together! Keeps us ALS and Perry Tech Students up and running!
