Terrible place. The people here give you misinformation and say things on phone and different things in person. They're in it for the money and my cousins dog passed away recently (HERE) and they were given no remorse only reminded to pay the bill. The entitled doctor (ERIKA)even disrespected her when she was going through a grieving period. They were supposed to take care of my cousins dog but unfortunately she passed away. This place sucks and that doctor needs to be put in her place.

If you're an animal rescuer in the area and they let you know the only clinic not experiencing back log for spay or neuter is at Airport West, there might be a an issue there. Do not accept discounts and never waive their "$75" new patient fee. How white are your teeth and how new are your cars. Like gross. 0/10.

Dont take your pet here. Miss Information and scheduling problems from the start. The vet couldn't even give me an actual diagnosis, she recommended multiple procedures she wanted to "try". charged me for everything and $700.00 + dollars later still no diagnosis for any of the ailments my pet was experiencing. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! I did not get a caring vibe from any of the employees either, it seems this place is more about the money than the wellness of our pets. Find another medical clinic in yakima and do not waste your time here.

Money hungry and using the lack of veterinarians in yakima to their advantage that's why they charge you an extra $75 just to schedule an appointment for a new pet which is absolutely ridiculous. I was charged $150 for my cat to be seen for less than 5 minutes.

I called to schedule a new appointment and this business wants to charge an extra $75 for a new client set-up fee. This is an attempt to take advantage of the shortage of vet availability in the area. To me, this is a big red flag because it indicates they are more interested in money than helping people and their pets. I would advise not even considering this business. They are mercenaries. Yes, everything has a cost, but this is a naked attempt to earn marginal revenue in the context of a supply shortage. Not cool. The others reviews on Google with 1-star point to the same problem. Unfortunately, there are bad people in the world, and there is a small collection of them here at this clinic. Why would you take your pets here? Plus, the other reviews indicate aggression on the part of the staff. The argument they know animal behavior is questionable at best. If they're so good and want repeat business why this $75 fee? I'll tell you why. It's because their customer service and business model is non-optimal and the only way they can earn money is by taking advantage of a vet shortage and providing inferior service. They know they suck is the bottom line. They don't care about building relationships, only getting in your wallet because your pet is suffering. Nice, huh?

Last summer we boarded both of our labs (Beau and Jake) for a few days at AirportWest. Our dogs are not neutered and so there aren't many kennels in this area that will take 'intact' dogs. But we were very happy with this Clinic. CLEAN, friendly and our dogs did great! Using them again this weekend.

Was on hold for 10 minutes looking for records. Finally got a real person and the records they sent were corrupted. Have been on hold for 25+ minutes no one returned to the call. Tried on a separate line to get through only to be disconnected. I highly recommend against this clinic.

If I could give zero stars I would..my sister and I rushed her roommates little dog to the clinic because his tongue had swollen up huge and he was barely breathing he looked basically dead but was breathing and had a heartbeat. We arrived in a bit of a panic and handed the dog to the assistant and they immediately began to work on him I was then told it would be 250 dollars in total due immediately since I had left in such a hurry I left my wallet and phone at home I told the receptionist that we aren't the owners of the dog but the owner can pay right now over the phone as she was out of town for thanksgiving. As I was asking to use there phone to call the owner for payment my sister comes out holding the dog and said that the Dr or whatever refused to touch him until we paid I was a bit confused and didn't think that anyone could just let a dog die over 250 bucks so I explained I needed the phone to get payment then and I swear this is the honest to god truth they raised the price to 500 dollars! Ok fine I know the owner would pay whatever and is able to do so by this time my sister had the dog in the car assuming he was close to dying as he took a turn for the worse. So I rushed to Walmart to get children's Benadryl. I ran thru the store and grabbed the meds and out the door without standing in line to pay. Well it worked and he slowly came back to life basically. So by this point the owner gets wind of what's going on because the vet had what little info I filled out to call her and demand 400 dollars to take out the IV they left in the dog before they literally plopped him in my sisters lap and quit helping him.. there's more to this story after the owner goes to get the IV taken out but you get the point these people are heartless money hungry non empathetic unprofessional pieces of trash

This is the worst vet I have ever been to not only did they accuse me of giving my dog weed they called my normal vet and told them that too just cuz my son smelled like weed I think I have more common sense than to give any animal weed they were rude and treated me like I was stupid the only reason I had my son with me is cuz I can't pick up my dog he is a very big boy they charged me over $500 and they didn't do anything for my dog I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

After calling all of the vet clinics in Yakima in late December, this was the only clinic that would take our little dog . He was having issues with running around & suddenly dropping to the ground. We made the appointment & took him in. They did not allow us to go back in while they were examining him & after a short time Dr. Erika came out & told us he had congestive heart failure & discussed calling in a cardiologist at the cost of $700. We naturally wanted time to think about it so she said that she could prescribe a heart med & diuretic for him. There were no blood tests or xrays offered, just the meds. She was very short & seemed in a hurry. Guess it was because it was a holiday. We started him on the meds & never got a call to see how he was doing or if they could help. Went back for refills, again did not ask how he was doing or if we wanted to schedule a follow up appointment. After 6 months of meds, he passed away on Father's Day on a weekend when we could not get him in to any vet. After reading about the Furosimide which is a diuretic, we have discovered that he should have had lab work & xrays before beginning to give it to him. We strongly recommend that you should not take your beloved pets to this clinic as they are too rushed to even care if they are caring for your animal compassionately.
