Roy's Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store focused on being a helpful part of the community. The staff are consistently described as awesome, knowledgeable, and very helpful, offering the best customer service in town. They are always willing to assist, often approaching customers to ask if help is needed, and go out of their way to please them. This includes personally helping with purchases, carrying items to vehicles, and loading them. They provide quality products and have items that larger chain stores may not carry, along with a convenient shopping experience. Their outstanding and personal customer service is what makes them different from other similar stores.
