They had installed my intoxalock system in my car. Had nothing but problems with the system they installed. Had to have another dealer fix the problem. When device removed, appears they tampered with my car. Plastic cover under the front passenger side of car was partially detached. I noticed this right away and asked them about it. They said must have hit a snow bank. They did not offer to fix it at my cost, just said I would have to have it fixed. Inside adjustments for the heater were changed to air conditioning and the heater fan has been turned all the way up. Dead of winter...temperature is below freezing. Zero rating (or negative). Not a member of BBB.

Worst car experience ever. Took them a month to diagnose and install a turbo, I had next day shipping for the turbo the day after I found out what was wrong. they try and say that the length of time was because of turbo being sent, truck starting leaking all over the place when I got the vehicle back. Took them a week to fix there own created leaks. A week after that truck has power steering leaks, and I replaced my lines a year ago. Don’t even want to bother taking my truck back there just a waste of time and money. Pic added of next day shipping. I had to show up everyday for them to finally finish the truck. And like I said I never had leaks and they created more problems. Stay far away!! Also had a wheel alignment through them and truck now pulls left. My car wouldn't start so I sent it here and they found the problem and fixed it, the cost was much cheaper than anticipated and I got my car back the next day. I will be taking my car here any time it needs to be fixed.
