The worker who is a male that worked there around 12 at night accused my daughter of stealing when we explained to him that my daughter had bought her candy from a diffrent store he insisted we stole I told him to check the cameras or to calk the police instead he was arguing and was taking pictures of my car and When I stepped away to call the police myself since he wouldn't do it he went off talking my kids stuff when there all minors. He then asked to scan the nerds that he thought my daughter stold but I said no for him to wait until the police got there and when the police got there he didn't want to no longer scan the item he wanted to just let go of the situation like really you accused us in front of everyone that we stole which he was wrong!! Manager difently needs to talk to him because we didn't even get an apology or anything!!! He was at wrong and next time he should handle the situation more calmly instead of telling customers about what happened when it was never true!! Never going here at night again.

I love the store. I was fine with the Indian counters, but there were several problems with a cashier at the store on N 16th Ave Yakima, WA.
He wanted to give me a lip balm and when I tried to ask if there was Wi-Fi, he insisted that there isn't, and indirectly wanted to kick me out of the store. He thought he came from Nigeria or another country, but I don't feel comfortable in that establishment if that man is there.
I've never had a problem with 711, but I feel like my rating would be better if I hadn't had problems.

Very friendly workers and pleasant during the day. But at night.. those fools have no respect for nothing . And to be honest I would mind catching them off 711 property for calling me a b....tch

Fraudulent store! Don’t buy nor trust this store. Manager, was contacted as well as police. No one of course took responsibility. Other than claiming it was their first day on the job.

I never feel safe stopping in this 7-11. the clientele is scary and the area is very sketch. I recommend staying in other parts of Yakima. Across the freeway, the hotel are better and the people are more polite.
