Such a cool place. They seem to have a little bit of everything. There are treasures both older and new from video games, comics, and other pop culture mainstays. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to look around and find something unique and awesome.

I was very displeased when I made a purchase then had the employee open the box to find out if the product had the correct fittings inside because he wasn’t sure. Not informing me that if the seal of the box was broken I wouldn’t be able to get my money back for the item. I returned the item because I actually had the incorrect gaming system and they refused to give me my money back because the seal had been broken. After explaining that the employee had broken the seal they still refused and ended up giving me a gift card instead. Wasn’t very pleased with my first and last experience at the 1up Game Store.

Great place to shop for video games a various other collectibles. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered my questions and even showed me some gameplay videos.
