Hours: Blissed Wellness, established by Bhrigha Getz, LMT/RYT/CBT, offers a range of holistic services in the lovely town of La Center. With nearly 30 years of training and experience, Bhrigha has a special affinity for helping highly sensitive people (HSPs), empaths, and survivors, providing trauma-informed care. The boutique studio is home to Blissed Bodywork, specializing in Bowenwork, Craniosacral, Neurovascular Release (NVR), Reiki, Sound Healing, TMJ Therapies, and Yoga Therapy, among other modalities. In addition to the bodywork services, Blissed Wellness hosts group classes in yoga, Pilates, meditation, and self-care wellness topics, as well as special events to help clients be their best selves.
