While it is nice that it is one of the only storage places left that is open 24 hours, there is NO OPTION to pay with a card. I rent in Woodland and their best suggestion was to send cash in the mail... Next best suggestion, to drive to longview to a sister location and drop off payment. Also its been very difficult to reach by phone because the number thats posted has no voicemail and hasnt been answered after several calls daily so far this week.

have 4 storage units for years ("8" I believe) and have had no problems and there is no other place in the area that is less expensive....period. The owner's have always been nice to work with and contact me directly if there is a problem. It may not be fancy but works great for me.

This place is falling apart, enter the office at your own risk, you may fall through the floor. Most of the units are water tight, meaning it won't rain in most, not all of the units. Don't expect a billing invoice. They do say they send invoices, but really its only to tell you that you're late and they are charging you extra, you should have known and paid it on your own. You are required to leave a deposit, don't expect to get it back, regardless of how clean you leave the unit (cleaner than it was when you rented it). According to the property manager, not all of the security cameras work.
