The owner Mike goes above and beyond to help his customers. Had some questions about chimney installation and he must have spent 20-30 minutes explaining different options. This is a small town store that has been there since the beginning of time. Small town store with a big city heart.

I purchased a grass trimmer but they didn't have it in The store but gave me a rain check, big mistake I payed for it and they were to call me as soon as it would arrive. 3 months later and several visits to the store they finally full filled my purchase. Very disappointed though with their personnel who offered to call me as soon as they received the item I purchased. I have been a loyal customer of this store and feel bad about this whole situation but it needs to be aired.

Fabulous service with old fashioned down home knowledgeable help. The prices are every bit as competitive as the other hardware store in town, but the knowledge is far superior. Got to love an old fashioned hardware store with all the most modern stuff.
