“I signed up for an an account, I was told that a pre-delivery inspection was required. I was ghosed twice on my window of 8-12am. Called and there was some excuse why they did not contact me and needed to rescheduale. On my email I have it says the "Safety Assurance Check" fee "Waived as our gift to you" On my bill you charged me $190 for this. There is also a charge for "APP&S Service Dispatch Fee" $99.99 that was never disclosed. This was to send out the person for my "free safety check" As if this wasn't enough the tank was filled to 80% on 7/7/23. I stated that I would call when I wanted to have it re-filled. On 7/12 an amerigas driver came to my neighbors house at 35313 (mine is 36313) and delivered 73 gallons of propane into his tank. (He is a former customer) The driver left the slip with my name on his door step. If this was delivered to my house he would have had to have driven past my front door, delivered my gas, left my property, opened my neighbors gate, went to his front door and put my receipt there. This does not add up. Also there is no way my tank would have taken 73 gallons 5 days after you had just filled it. I have called the phone numbers to dispute this only to be told it would be looked into. Customer service is not doing anything to explain any of these issues to my or to adjust my bill.UPDATED on 8/14Customer service did reach out to me and removed the 73 gallons delivered to my neighbor. They also removed all the added fees that should not have been there. The lady that help me out was very kind and gave me a credit for all the problems that I had to deal with. Due to her kindness I will continue to use Amerigas. I hope from here on things go well.”
