Love this place, been coming here since I got my first car in 2011, a green VW beetle that I have passed on to someone else now, but WIA have taken great care of me and my cars over the years, always answering questions and getting things done in an affordable and timely way, leaving my car feeling and running better than I left it. The customer service is great and I always feel comfortable here. They saved my bug from engine ruin and are the reason I was able to have it for over ten years! I won’t go anywhere else, even now with my Subaru. Please don’t ever close I don’t know what I’d do without you guys HAHA!

Don’t come here, these guys screwed up my brakes multiple times and charged me every time. They installed the pads backwards and sent me on my way. When I called to tell them my brakes weren’t working properly they just told me to drive it back… even though my brakes were broken.I was charged 1700$ for new brakes and they did it completely wrong. I ended up calling a different mechanic and they only charged 250$. This place is a scam do not come here unless you know A LOT about your car and car mechanics, they will try and take advantage of you.

We are so lucky to live nearby as this is our go to for all auto maintenance and repair needs. Scott and Tanya are amazing and incredibly fair.

Scott and his crew diagnosed and made several repairs on my 1999 Audi avant cooling system. When a sensor went out shortly after getting the car that was not part of the original repair but affected the Gauge readings. Scott swapped the sensor out at no additional cost. Friendly Honest service. I will use them in the FutureAdrianService: Engine repair

After speaking with the Owner we fully understand what was the reason for the charges. A partial refund was issued. I appreciate his explanation and sincere desire to take care of his customers.

They only did what I asked them to do, which was very appreciated, considering my car needs more done to it than I can afford.Everything they did works fine now. No complaints from me!

What are the two biggest purchases you make in life. For most of us it's a car and a home. Unless you have a problem child, they are also likely to be your biggest expenses to maintain. That is a long way to go to say, in my opinion, the two best connections you can make in like is a good honest mechanic, and a solid handyman. I'm going to salve 50% of that for your right now!I took on the responsibility of restoring a 25 year old car. What you need to know is pretty much every part for the car is discontinued or hard to find. In addition, parts you can find are inflated and unfortunately you almost have to replace two parts for each that fails. Now that the table is set, let's eat!A trusted, lifelong friend suggested I get with the people at WIA. I'm an hour away and it's anything but convenient, fun or easy to get here because the traffic is an absolute killer. That said, after several trips I don't regret it. For my most recent service, I needed to replace Spark plugs and the Spark Plug wires. I had the plugs and wires, because I purchased them a decade ago when I bought the car. I checked with a shop near home, I was quoted $1000. Knowing this shop does not accept customer parts, I asked for a breakdown. It was $400 for parts $600 for service. I have no idea what I paid a decade ago, but thanks to Amazon, the exact parts I have which are oem are $100, that means my local shop is getting a 400% markup on parts. When I called WIA for a quote I was quoted just under $400 for the same service. Not only did I save more than 50%, I got peace of mind. That is how you earn business and customers. I don't have think when it comes to automotive needs, I just need to turn it over to WIA. They aren't looking to retire on a single car or customer. They provide consistent, quality service and support. If your lucky, you may just show up on one of the days their dogs are in the shop. Happy, friendly and mans best friend. If you want the right service, for the right price at the right time, WIA is your spot. Believe this like it came from your daddy. Treat yourself, don't beat yourself WIA is the only place doing honest automotive that I have found. Mention code "Clayton" at checkout and get a free key-chain with service. Ok, I made that up, but I'm pretty sure they got free keychains if you want one.
