I had to order the flowers delivery to a location in Bothell from outside of the US from these guys and I am very happy with their service: good communication and perfect customized flowers arrangement. A good plus is they accept PayPal as a payment method. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service right off the bat. My wedding anniversary today and I needed to get my wife something amazing. They hooked me up with a beautiful Bouquet of flowers for my wife and a top notch, bold bottle of red wine. Very kind and personable family owned business.

They sent an email with a picture of the basket prior to delivery, to give me the opportunity to make any changes, but none were necessary.

Additionally, for a separate event, they did a succulent box thing with a floral arrangement that both ended up lovely. Pictures won't do the things justice. Seriously, just buy their flowers and you won't be disappointed.

What a disappointing experience and unfortunately very concerning customer service. My son spoke with Karen and ordered a corsage for his homecoming dance. He was charged and told to come between 12:00-1:00pm to pick it up. We called the shop at 11:30am to make sure it was ready to be picked up. To our surprise their voicemail claimed the shop was closed for the day and would reopen tomorrow. We tried several more times but more of the same. By the time we were called back, it was to late. This is where it got strange. When we spoke to Karen to tell her it was too late, she began to get frustrated and began to barrage us with excuse after excuse as to why she isn't responsible. We asked for a refund and was even more surprised when she then hung up on us. However, she called back after I assumed taking a breath to calm down only to start back up with the excuses. All over a corsage? I can't even imagine how much of a disaster this shop or Karen would be if we had been planning a wedding! Word to the wise, beware. I'm sure they are very talented but if you find yourself in a difficult situation, Woodinville Florists won't rise to the occasion.

Abysmal. Order was 70% incorrect. Using other flowers is understandable. Using something remotely close to what was ordered either in type or style is not. Calling back did nothing. The rep offered either a second floral arrangement which was again, NOT even remotely what I ordered, or refunding, but in that case they had the audacity to say they would need to send someone to RETRIEVE THE ORIGINAL order from my partner. Then when I explained that was b******* (albeit angrily at this point) , and that the only choice they were leaving me with was poor reviews and hung up, the owner called me back, not to make things right, but in a misguided (and failed) attempt to cuss me out for my complaint. When I hung up, she actually tried to do so a second time. Garbage. Absolute garbage. Save your money for companies that fulfill their orders with some semblance of accuracy. I already apologized to my partner. Live update: The owner then had the utter gall to call my partner, trash talk me, and ask if she wanted to return it. Yes. She called the recipient at work who is now crying. Never again. Yes. I was angry. Nothing was right and the offers to fix were unacceptable. Yes, I was loud and direct. I'm not proud. But calling my partner at work was completely out of line. No business should ever do that. Ever. Neither of us will ever use this company again.

Worst place to get flowers! Wish I could give a zero. We asked for purple and blues, and a spray to go on a very small casket, and when we picked up a small bouquet with deep pink, and baby pink, and not the purple and blue flowers we asked for! We scheduled to pick them up at 1230, lady called and wanted to come in 20 minutes cause she had to leave. She dropped it off at another store so we couldn't reject the flowers and get our 45 dollars back! We called and she said she doesn't do the sprays for the caskets, but in 2014 we paid for a spray for a casket for our grandmother. Then she said she did. So we are very frustrated, since we cannot get a straight answer. Poor communication on their part when we asked for something so specific for A FUNERAL and get a bouquet that's NOTHING CLOSE TO WHAT WE ASKED FOR!. We asked for names to be put on the ribbons to drape over a casket and the lettering is so small it is ridiculous! Having to go to a different florist to actually get what we asked for and they can fixed the flowers since we already paid money for them. The other florist was totally shocked!

This florist was given to me on a recommendation. Wow, excellent customer service. I scheduled a delivery and found out that morning that the recipients were only available until noon.

The bouquet I received was made using flowers that are past their prime. Many of the flowers were limp, and becoming dry/curling/crispy at the edges, and some of the heads were dropped. This is not what I would expect for flowers delivered as a gift or to a special occasion. Additionally, there is nothing elegant or special about the choice of stems or design on the bouquet. It is identical to the mixed stems that are sold at Haggen for $20, and when I buy them there they are fresher. As other reviews of this business have mentioned, I've received bouquets from Bothell Florist that are lovely: fresh, beautiful design, and full.
