Poorly run branch. I regularly need to come in to make a deposit for a WF customer. Even at lunch hour with many people in line, only 1 teller. I'd NEVER switch to Wells Fargo

They are so kind to their customers unlike other places they actually take time to help you to the fullest extent sadhvi Is the best banker I've ever worked with and she helped me learn how to use the wellsfargo mobile app the other one in Bothell just sent me with a number to call which didn't help but here in Woodinville sadhvi sits down and works with you ask for her in bankers for sure she'll get the job done

One of the Male tellers at this location counted our deposit short by 400$ and when I insisted to use the machine to count it he said they are not allowed to use the machine for personal deposits

Visited this branch on a Monday at 5:45pm to deposit a check. I can tell the teller was ready to go home as she asked me twice in which account I wanted to deposit the check. She asked me to have a seat in the lobby which I found weird. After about 7 minutes she came over and told me the check was not "registered" and I would need to contact the other bank. The next morning I contacted the bank who issued the check and they confirmed the check was fine. They advised me to go back to the bank and ask them to open an investigation to see why Wells Fargo can not accept the check. I decided to go to another branch. When I arrived I explained the issue and the 2nd branch was able to process the check with no problem! Thank you teller in Woodinville for having me waste 1 hour of my time between calling another bank and making me drive to a different branch! Going forward I will only visit this branch for the ATM.

Worse service you could ever get here with this branch! They seriously need a new manager. Incompetent, rude! I have had things gone wrong many times here in this branch from wiring money to setting up accounts. The last time I went there to get a temporary check and they won't waive the fees. I explained to them that I have never had to buy a check since I have bank account with them as I am premium bank account holder. They still wouldn't waive the fees. And the manager said to me if I want to go to the other branch it's my problem! Seriously?! I went to Kirkland branch and they were so willing to give me 48 temporary checks without any fees. Don't do business here if you want to get things done right!
