Today was my first time at the brow bar at this location. I went in looking feral and Kathryn got my eyebrows together real quick. I highly recommend her. She was helpful from the moment I walked in letting me know about sales and was down to earth and easy to talk to. You won’t regret scheduling with her.

I have been going to the Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta in Woodinville for years now. Kathryn Clemens is THE absolute BEST! I highly recommend booking an appointment. She is efficient, kind and leaves my brows feeling brand new!

I love going to Ulta Woodinville, a great place, very professional, quality service, my stylist is Lizette, she is bilingual, speaks English and Spanish and I trust her 100%, she leaves my hair excellent, I love how she leaves it, without a doubt I always come back, thank you Lizette!!

I just had my brows done by Kathryn and I couldn’t be happier. She did a wax and tint. She also helped me choose cosmetics for my upcoming wedding. She listened to me and helped me choose some awesome projects. Cashiers and employees are always friendly at this location.

Not the best store frankly. While I had a lady help with color matching and she was truly awesome. The cashier was kind of rude and very unfriendly, Sasha. I was not impressed with other store staff either.

Kimberly. She is absolutely amazing. I have light brownish hair and it’s been literally impossible to get any stylist to listen to me or get me blonde. I showed her a pic of what I wanted… and holy crap did she do exactly what I asked for…a perfect highlight/balayage and the best shade of blonde with an amazing cut as well. She’s also extremely good at reading a person… if they want to chat, or just sit in silence and relax. I will never go to anyone else again.

The girl at the counter was lovely and helpful with getting me well taken care of. The thing I did not care for was that I was looking at the fragrances because I have been looking for Burberry London Perfume. Within 2 minutes I had 2 separate floor staff come ask me if I needed any help. Not everyone by the fragrance is looking to steal the dang tester bottles. I felt very weird about the way they asked if I needed help so I just said efff it, I will order the dang perfume online. Get cameras and stop STALKING CUSTOMERS. Not everyone is looking to steal. Sheesh.

Every time I go I am never greeted/approached by anyone. I honestly always feel bad whenever I go. The cashiers are never nice and the ppl on the floor don’t ask if I need help or even acknowledge me. It’s a bad atmosphere overall. Was there today for 30 minutes and talked to no one. In the past I have asked for help, simple questions about where to find something or if a product is in stock and I am met with impatient and rude energy with one word answers and I feel like I’m being annoying. I very much dislike shopping here.

Went in today to find a balm, the middle age white lady with peppered white hair sales associate was no help. She didn't bother to check their online stock status or asked what I was specifically looking for. I then asked another younger nicer cashier associate, she offered to check the back, but was told by the older lady not to because they're weren't any. Even though the more helpful associate stated that there were 4 when she checked her computer. I don't even think the older lady listened or knew what I was asking for.TL:DR Asked for help, got brushed off, asked another for help, unhelpful old lady told her not to check stock. What is your job then?
