I have been here twice, and both times all the staff I interacted with were stuffy and rude. I went again today, and had the same experience. My friend wanted to stay and grab a glass of wine anyway, so we did. The fruit flies were so bad we could barely have a conversation due to constantly having to swat them out of our faces. The wine is fine, but I won’t be coming back.

This is our favorite tasting room in this area.
We ordered two bottles of wines, cheese board and the flatbread. They all tasted so good.
The design of the tasting room creates a very nice vibe. The construction looks similar to their winery in Lake Chelan, which makes you feel you are on vacation.
The service is also very nice. We had a 1.5 years boy with us, but initially we were asked to sit at a table with high chairs. It was not very kid friendly. After communicating with the receptionist, they were able to move us to a more comfortable table. Which made our tasting experiences much better. We really appreciate their flexibility and help.
We recommend going with a reservation and maybe also calling them if you have some specific requirements on the seats or table.

Mentioned on the website that it’s open until 8pm but they were not willing to accommodate us even for a glass of wine with friends. Disappointed.

I always enjoy going to Tsillan in Woodinville. The staff are super friendly and the wine and food is great! Even on their super busy days, they manage to provide an awesome experience.

To me, Tsillan Cellars in wine alley is the best of the best! The ambiance and decor is insane, I feel like I'm immediately transported to a 5 star hotel lobby in Italy. From the cozy fireplace to the high ceilings and stunning art, it's amazing! It also always smells amazing because of their wonderful kitchen and there are so many cozy seating areas. The wine itself is divine. It's definitely fruity, but not sweet. I love how much variety they have and joined the wine club due to the amazing perks and fabulous selection.Terri is the best! She is super attentive and makes the tasting experience so much fun. I always look forward to having her as my server. The food is also incredible. I always get the truffle popcorn!

I cannot say enough great words for this amazing winery, location and staff. The few times we have visited the Woodinville tasting room we had the pleasure to be there the days Terri was working. She is amazing!Super friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. She definitely makes our experience a great one!

I've walked past this place a few times now and finally checked it out! It's such a beautiful atmosphere! The staff was very friendly and informative! The wine was great, different options for each type of vino lover. It's a great place for a day out with the girls or even a cute date spot!

I can’t say enough good things about Tsillan Cellars and their wonderful Woodinville staff. After driving over 2 hours yesterday, we were lucky enough to join a wine members only event where Molly and Paige made our experience amazing - and I joined the club! Our husbands (non-wine drinkers, but cater to our wine passion) were not in the best of moods when we arrived. Within minutes Molly and Paige had them smiling and laughing along with them. Thanks so much for providing a fun and relaxing day for all of us, wine drinkers or not.

Cozy tasting room on wine alley. Friendly service and yummy snacks in addition to a good variety of white and red wine. We are members and always enjoy coming in for a tasting!

I'm not one to write negative reviews but I'm still annoyed two days later. ? We enjoy T'sillan wine, but after being "welcomed" by a very snotty, rude man in the tasting room on Wednesday, we don't plan to return. I know people have "off" days but he was just unhappy to be there and treated us like we were an inconvenience. Pleasant service makes happy, returning customers.

If you're expecting good service, save your money and go some place else. The waitress was rude and seemed like they didn't want us there.
