The dispatcher and the person that showed up to do the job were friendly and super helpful. I hope I don't a future tow, but if I do, I will start with these guys. Thanks!”

Doug was not only punctual but also quite understanding! After a mixup with Google maps directing him to a different neighborhood (NOT his fault), he quickly notified me, corrected the situation, and met me at my doorstep shortly after at no extra charge. He's transparent about the cost, friendly, and his services are fast and definitely affordable considering the market. Just get a quote from other towing companies and you'll find yourself calling for him.”

“My Corolla car suddenly stopped starting. There's no engine sound or no clicking noise when I try to start it. The battery seems fine, as the lights, wipers, and audio are all working perfectly, but the engine wouldn't start at all.
When I visited Safety Auto Repair in Bothell and met Farshad, he immediately understood the issue. He even came with me to where my car was parked, thoroughly checked everything, and identified that the starter was faulty. I had my car towed to his workshop, and within a few hours, he had it fixed. Now, the car runs great. This place is great and quick at getting the job done.”

Unfortunately, I needed a tow service. Mohammed has helped me with multiple car issues in the past, most recently when i totaled my car in the snow. He is always very honest, communicative and i am always blown away with the price and efficiency. i have referred my friends, co-worker and boyfriend and will continue to do so.”
“Snow and ice made me lose control of my car, wrecking the wheel, control arm and strut on the passenger side. I am lucky to not have more damage to my car or myself. I forgot to get his name but he was so nice and kept me up to date on communication on arrival as well as information on what parts were broken, and honest prices on how much it should take to fix them to keep me from being taken advantage of at motor shops. He also explained what he was doing to my car in a layman’s language that I could understand, reassuring me he wasn’t damaging the wheel parts further. 100/10 service, can’t recommend them enough. “CARSTAR has worked on 2 cars for me. Both times the service was great! This last time, they fixed my son's Ford Focus. We were afraid that the repair costs might exceed the value of the car, but John took extra care and searched for some refurbished parts to keep the cost down. It took extra time, but the car was fixed, insurance covered it, and the results were beautiful! Everyone at CARSTAR is super nice, plus they do all of the work with the insurance company (once the initial claim is filed). They make a very unpleasant situation very easy to deal with. Included are before and after photos of the car. You can't tell it was damaged at all.”

They were super helpful on the phone arranging the tow and were much less than other companies in the area. Krys was the driver that showed up incredibly fast to help, however I was able to get my car started and ended up not needing the tow service. I was so thoroughly impressed by how kind and knowledgeable he was. If you have a need for a tow, I would highly recommend you call Ken's Towing.”

“I broke down along 405, and called Greg at Mac Towing for help. He sent Dana to come pick me and my car up. Dana was awesome! We took back roads to get home to avoid traffic, and he even jump started my other car that had a dead battery so I would have a working car! The price was very fair and reasonable. I've never needed a tow truck before, but if I ever do... I'll be calling these guys!”

Daniel who could pass for Seth Rogen's brother showed up to bail me out big time. Super knowledgable with mad driving skills. This is the dude you want if space is at a premium.”
“The invoice says the driver’s name is N. Andrews (night) but really this man was Jesus in a tow truck. After blowing out our front tire around mp 22 on I-90 after 10 pm we tried roadside assistance. After waiting 2 hours, the operator advised they were unsuccessful connecting to a driver. We are in an e-450 shuttle van conversion. We called around to various shops. Each company quoted at least 2 hours. Mac’s picked up and took the quote. The driver was advised the nature of the vehicle and said he would be by in 15 minutes. He arrived shortly after the call back. He hooked our bus up promptly which was impressive considering he was in a standard tow truck compared to the others requiring a flatbed. He dropped us off at the nearby tire shop in issaquah in the middle of the night and he was gone. when he pulled away we couldn’t help but notice his tow equipment was in the shape of a cross hence the Jesus in a tow truck. The cost was very reasonable under 300.00. Cannot say thank you enough to the driver N Andrews.”
