This Shell station does not honor Fred Meyer fuel rewards. Go somewhere else if you can.

DO NOT use their car wash unless you want to buff out about 10,000 new light scratches on your car.

No air pump along a major bike trail. Not a broken one like AM/PM but NONE because the don't give a fuck. Also they pandemic profiteered, jacking up prices during covid.

Generally a clean facility with courteous staff. I've never used the bathroom s - I guess that would be the ultimate test of cleanliness! Earlier in the Covid season when EVERYONE was trying to get to Goodwill to drop off goods, people would try to line up in this business lot, blocking those who legitimately needed gas in their cars! This problem seems to have been resolved in recent weeks.

I went in to buy a water bottle, and ACCIDENTALLY left my mask in my car, I know I should have been asked to put my mask on, no big deal at all. I actually work at a store and it happens all the time we have to remind people. But when I walked in here I was screamed at, and I apologized and turned around and the man working the counter continued to mumbled under his breath. I know I made a mistake but to be treated like this was disappointing. I won't be returning.

Charged my card $85 for gas before I had even pumped any. This was a debit transaction and should have only charged the exact amount. Manager isn't on duty, and the attendant gave me the wrong number when I asked. DO NOT BUY GAS HERE! Still waiting for my money.

DON'T PAY IN CASH HERE!! Here's my experience. I went inside to pay for my gas. I gave the man behind the counter (older guy with an accent) $10 and told him to put it on the number I was at. My pump stopped at $5, so I went back inside. The man I had given my money to was leaving, and a new guy was behind the counter... I told them both that my pump stopped at $5 and I had given him $10. The man pretended to be confused!! I told him firmly that, yes, I HAD given him $10, and to please put another $5 on my pump! He told the younger guy to do it. Obviously, $5 wouldn't be a big deal to most people, but it was actually the last of my money and I wouldn't have been able to get home without it. I think it's terrible that this employee tried to pocket my money and I hope that the manager sees this.

Not great. I won't be back. Took my Toyota Rav4 for a basic wash which cleaned the sides of my car fine, but the hood, front end & entire rear of the car looked like someone just dragged wet spaghetti through the dust & left it more dirty than clean. Had to go pay again to get my car washed at another carwash.

I'm going to find a different car wash in the future. The car wash is easy enough to drive through, but, the payment terminal accepts only ones and quarters. When I inserted $8 in ones, the terminal said I had inserted no money. I had to drive through the wash, park, and go inside to explain that the terminal ate my money. Fortunately, the employee had excellent customer service skills. The employee believed me, gave me a code for the car wash, and told me, "That car wash is nothing but trouble." I bought a luxury wash (the highest one), but, the wash wasn't that good. I only got: - one spray of the presoak (not even a solid coating), a scrubbing, a rinse, - one spray of the TriFoam (not even a solid coating), a scrubbing, a rinse, - the high-pressure rinse, and - the spot-free rinse. The car was clean enough after the wash, but, could've been more thorough. There was grime on the wheels after, and, I wanted a second presoak and a second TriFoam.
