I am a 70 year old female and I was looking for a pair of comfortable sneakers to wear. I went into Ross and saw a pair of sneakers, but I had wanted to try them on and walk a few steps to see if they were comfortable. I was told I could try them on but I could not walk in them, WTH! These are the kind of salespeople you have to deal with at Ross.
This has never ever happened to me before and I was quite shocked.

Nice Ross in downtown Woodinville with good selection but terrible checkout - agonizingly slow, even with just a few customers - allow 10 to 15 minutes to checkout.

Horrible customer service! I went to do a return and waited in the return line for about 10 minutes and when it was finally my turn. The worker said you need to go back to the end of the purchase line. I said why do I need to go back to the purchase line if I'm returning! she said we only have one line for both return and purchase. Anyways I went all the way at the back of the purchase line and while I was doing my return some couple came and waiting at the return line and she called upon them and did their return withouts asking to go back to the purchase line like I did. I looked for the manager and I told her what happened. She said oh I didn't see what happened I have to go back and check the camera. I told her I always come to to this store and purchase from here because I live near by. I won't shop here again. She said " oh ok!". Horrible horrible customer service!!!
