The owner is a nice amigo. We sent our car to the repair shop. After a whole day investigation, the owner frankly told us that the problem should be related to the electric issue and be not related to the alternator problem he thought. He didn't charge us anything for the problem. It showed that he is an honest business person.

My husband I just came in hoping to see if they could fix a small issue we had with our 4Runner and Rigo was very nice and helpful. Between 5 minutos he found and solved the issue and didn’t even let us pay. Very nice to have a trustworthy mechanic in the area.

Wow! Rigo came highly recommended on the Honda Element Owners forum and he did not disappoint. He inspected my vintage 2004 Element from bumper to bumper and replaced all fluids as requested. He spent time with me going over everything he inspected, including the suspension, rakes, exhaust system etc. made suggestions for appropriate next steps and maintenance. He even looked up part numbers for things I should take with me to my appointment at another shop to decrease my wait time. He even shared that this particular car is prone to damage from heavy keychains when he handed me back my keys and suggested I lose the carabiner from mine. He was terrific, I will definitely be going back.

AMAZING.... Honestly will not go anywhere else if I can help it! He was honest from the beginning about time, and price (given nothing else came up).. he delivered early with great work. Since my car was finished I have had questions and everytime I call he takes the time to talk and answer what is needed!! I give this place ???...

I took my Lexus IS250 to RM Japanese Auto Repair.When I showed up Rigo was helping another customer. I just had a quick question in regards to the sound of my brakes are making.I told him I can make an appointment and come back later. Even with the busy schedule he told me that he'd be happy to take a look.Rigo, was able to promptly inspect my car. And let me know what I was hearing with my brakes.I greatly appreciate Rigo taking time out of his busy day to assist me in looking into my brake issue.I highly recommend RM Japanese auto repair for your car needs. It's always great to support local business.

Rigo the mechanic is a one-man miracle worker for your car. He will tell it to you straight, and breaks down processes for any to understand. Does not sneak in any suspicious expenses. Infact, he won't proceed with repairs until it is understood what should be done to keep you and your vehicle safe as well as costs, which have always been more than reasonable. Trust is hard, this place has mine.

If you are looking for a honest mechanic, Rigo is your guy. He has worked on 5 different vehicles of ours over the last 6 years and we have been very happy. After bad experiences with other small shops and even some large name brand shops, it's nice to find someone I trust.

What can I say about this fine gentlemen. He is good honest people you can trust. He installed a new timing belt kit, distributor, valve cover, outside belts and did both my axles for my front wheel drive Acura.
