Dr. Chlebowski is the best PCP I have ever had. She is compassionate, empathic, and a great listener. She has my highest recommendation and is first on my list to see if I have any health issues and is my go-to Dr.

These terrible reviews shock me. UW doctors are some of the world's best. Woodinville has been my home clinic for seven years and I have had, and currently have, excellent doctors. I have multiple chronic illnesses, am disabled and am on Medicaid and that makes absolutely no difference in my care. The reviews about reception are ridiculous as well. The receptionist who has been there for many years is very nice and always greets me. I feel like most of the reviews on here are from people who don't know this clinic at all!

Went in for a tooth referral and as I’m trying to explain to the doctor she said that I’d have to go through their oral surgeon dept. but I tried to explain the problems I was having to go through that process and she told me kinda rudely” that’s how we do it here” I asked well I had read that severe tooth problems can cause heart issues she said “yep it can and once you have a heart issue then we can work on that problem but as for now there’s nothing they can do for me” I started trying to talk to her and she cut me off and said “ that’s all” and walked out of the room and I was just left sitting there, so I guess my appointment was over. It took maybe five minutes and she was very rude to me. I’m really confused and it seemed that preventive heath care was not something that they wanted to talk to me about. This is my primary care physicians office but I really don’t think they cared much about my problem and just wanted the money from insurance for a five minute conversation and I’m sure my insurance payed for a full visit. Seems like they just wanted the money and didn’t care about anything else, I’ll need to go to my insurance and see what other primary physicians I can see that they will cover. It’s sad because they have been my primary care doctors for over 15 years but obviously it’s all changed and they do things a different way. Just sad that it’s come to this. The doctors name was Delilah K Strother so if you end up seeing her I’d ask for another doctor, she’s a pretty cold uncaring person.

A great staff and very low wait times! Many people complain about them not answering the phone; however, ALL CALLS now go to the main call center.

They refuse care the front desk person. Gene the person at the front desk told me that I could not see my Dr. There is some confusion about my insurance so she refused my visited with my provider. Not only that she embassed me in front of the other patients in the lobby.

I have had good luck at this clinic, but the last couple visits have been awful. I had a vaccine appointment scheduled last week, which they canceled on the way to my appointment because they didn’t have staff, which I find hard to believe that not one staff member could give a shot. I then arrived yesterday for my rescheduled appointment only to wait 30 minutes for a 2 minute shot with no apologies for wait time. I asked at 20 minutes if they forgot about me and the receptionist sort of laughed it off. I am very disappointed that this clinic doesn’t seem to value it’s patient’s time.

It's nearly impossible to speak to a live person. If you call the clinic and have a question for your care team, it immediately tells you no one is available and you get sent to customer service. All customer service can do is see the messages in myChart. I asked a question to my doctor via myChart and it took a week for her to get back to me. If you call to speak to a nurse, it's a nurse coordinator - not a nurse in the clinic. I asked to be put in touch with the clinic and she sent me back to customer service. I will probably die of my ailments before I can reach someone to talk to.

Good primary care conveniently located in downtown Woodinville, but can be difficult to get appointments - plan well in advance as best you can. Expect referrals to larger facilities in Bellevue or Seattle for specialists and tests other than routine blood draws.

i just called to see if they could take a walk in by chance tomorrow and explained that if they couldn’t then i completely understood and it was no issue. apparently it was an issue with the woman on the phone cause she was pretty angry over the fact that i even asked this. told me that, “i don’t know how you even want me to help you cause we don’t take walk ins and have no open appointments, don’t know what you want me to do.” all i could do was hang up. not only did it embarrass me having that happen, but it also made me super livid to be spoken to like that.

So far, not good.... on hold with a call center...wont give me a number for the clinic...? Have to transfer my call only...? Can't speak with the clinic until they do....? WTF.... 10 minutes so far.....15 so far.... There's 23 minutes of my life I'll never get back. Overall, not good. Could not even schedule me for a simple blood draw until the evening before my procedure. That they say, is not enough lee time...? Logistics and efficiencies seem to be a trouble spot for these guys... I could go on and on.... 2 stars....maybe.....

I highly recommend people steer clear from this clinic. Dr Danielle Bebelak does not care about anyone or anything. She is extremely self centered and you cannot trust her with you w health care. She does not like when patients say what they need. She must be in control at all times or else she thinks your taking over her job. She’s extremely bossy and thinks she knows what you need. She is a terrible doctor who simply should not be anywhere near someone who is sick or not feeling well. She had no desire to care for you. The front desk isn’t any better. Don’t go here. Saved yourself the headache and power struggle with a left winged brat.
